OH MY GOD UNBELIEVABLE. I tried to give these people a chance, they never fail to dissappoint me. Last time I promise. The app says your order is ready when it’s not. When I get there for pickup, a delivery driver holds the door open as he’s leaving for me and my daughter. This is important, okay? He says, “welcome to dominoes.” He has one of those delivery bags, I guess ready to deliver an order to somebody. Get inside. The workers say “are you here for a pickup order?” I am so I show them my order on my phone and they can’t find it in their system. Turns out, the guy at the door HAD MY ORDER IN HIS HANDS ABOUT TO TAKE IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE!!!! Somebody else that didn’t even order it. The manager had to call him to turn around and bring the my order back. When he came back I asked him where was he taking my food and he responded with “I don’t know.” I can’t understand how your delivering my order to somebody else.. did you even look?? Everybody was just downplaying the fact that their coworker just left with somebody else’s food! “Oh he’s new maybe he didn’t look. He was talking to us, maybe he didn’t pay attention.” All ridiculous reasons for someone to take my order. I had people waiting for me (a gathering to go to) and I didn’t really have time. They didn’t even offer any king of compensation for the inconvenience. I’m done y’all.

I bought a deluxe pizza for my friend’s and a pasta Alfredo with chicken. I ordered it online and thought I was supposed to get 50% off. They brought it out to my car and didn’t even put it in the back of the car. They walked it up and handed it to me. I was taken aback. I wanted not to have to ask them to put it in the back of the car. I had a boyfriend that just had heart surgery. I was trying to keep from getting COVID and pass it to him. When I asked the girl about the 50%off she said she didn’t know anything about it. So 1medium deluxe pizza and A small bowl of Chicken Alfredo. Cost me 30 dollars. I have never been so treated wrong for a small amount of food and it cost me way to much. Hell I didn’t even have it delivered. I picked it up.

The salads are small but good and surprisingly fulfilling. The pizza is fresh and the staff is always nice. I am glad the delivery stays open late and they take cash. Not everyone has credit cards and paypal accounts.
