Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered my food at 9:53 PM and didn’t get anything until midnight — and when the driver finally showed up, he didn’t even have my order. Turns out he delivered my food to someone else and had nothing to give me.
I then had to drive to the store myself, wait another 30 minutes while they remade the order, and bring it home — only to find the pizza was raw and the chicken was burnt and completely overcooked. Absolutely disgusting.
For a place that claims to be locally owned, this was beyond embarrassing. The family running this location should be ashamed. Terrible service, terrible food, and a complete waste of time and money. Never ordering from here again.

Moved to the area recently and Domino’s is always a favorite for quick delicious pizza. First order was on moving day about 6pm and it took over an hour and fifteen minutes to be delivered and of course the pizza was luke warm at best, still had to nuke it to make it edible. Made a note on app which prompted a free pizza so tried again about a week later around 1pm and pizza took fifty-seven minutes. Again it was luke warm and required heating up so there will be no third time for Domino’s.
Luckily there is a Papa Johns and Marco’s within the same driving distance which I hope can do better than one hour delivery and cold pizza!

I just want to bring out my concern to review how BAD I was treated by customer service from a store that I’ve been ordering all the time because its the most convenient and closest to my home. I never Ever had a problem before to be a big concern like this one. Making story short We always order Same Exact pizza all the time to don’t go wrong. But unfortunately this time it came out Wrong, a Alfredo pizza! That the guy we spoke inside claim there was sauce in it but my husband had one slice of it and it was DRY. We always order that same exact pizza, either when we order with EXTRA sauce or no we know our order.The Sad thing I just want to point it out its that the guy to seems to be the manager over there was very very Rude and didn’t Want to help me out, i want my pizza to get it fixed, either im paying for EXTRA sauce or they remaking a new one. The solution the “MANAGER” told me was: “We CANT DO ANYTHING! You gotta order another pizza online.” Does it make sense? Theh screw on my order and they cannot fixed it, i gotta order another one to get it right. I felt so shocked that i keept standing on the front of the counter asking for the manager to the other employees and No one wanted to say a Word. So i asked again to one tall guy that was in there the name of the manager and he simply told me “I don’t know the name of the Manager.” So I still stayed standing there and they just ignored me and walked away. I felt so bad that I left the store without solving my issue and lost my appetite to eat that dry pizza. Im just holding on the pizza just in case if the complaint assistant ask as proof or something like that.

Do not order from here if you want delivery and are hungry. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Ordered online with a delivery time for an hour later. Tracked on app and pizza was in quality checking at 9:35 with expected delivery 9:50-10:00. Finally got my pizza at 11:08. They do not have enough staff for delivery. The driver was very kind, but without an accurate time frame it’s frustrating for costumers expecting food on time.

The food from Domino’s is always fast and efficient, but the delivery experience at this location is absolutely terrible. I’ve now had issues twice with the same driver named Harold while on vacation, and it’s beyond frustrating.
I always include my gate code, apartment number, and clear delivery instructions. I even changed my phone number and called the store after ordering to make sure everything was correct. My aunt is in a wheelchair with a broken hip, so she cannot go downstairs — which I specifically mentioned to the store.
The store claimed the driver said the gate code wasn’t working, but that’s a lie because my aunt opened the gate for him, and we have the call record to prove it. Then he disappeared for about 5 minutes, drove around the complex like he was lost, and finally came back and reverse-parked near where I was sitting. His car was unmarked, tinted, and had no delivery sign, which already made it suspicious. He just sat there for several minutes with no lights on.
When I called the store again, they said the driver claimed my apartment number was missing — another excuse. At that moment, I looked over and saw him signing the delivery receipt himself, which I was supposed to sign. That’s completely unacceptable and looks like attempted fraud.
As soon as I saw that, I canceled the card I used for payment because it seemed like he might be trying to add a tip or keep the food. When I called the store again, the person hung up on me instead of handling the situation.
I have the car’s license plate number and will be reporting this incident to the police and to Domino’s corporate. No delivery driver should ever behave like this. I’m glad our vacation ends tomorrow because this experience was ridiculous. The food might be fine, but the customer service and delivery staff make the whole experience awful.
Be very cautious ordering from this location — they clearly don’t monitor their drivers or care about customer safety.

Ordered at 10:50. Food left dominoes at 11:19. He stopped at one location for 30 min. Stopped at the next place for 20 min. Stopped at another location for 15 min. By the hour mark I tried calling them to refund my order and complain and was on the phone for 25 min and never got a person. Food was cold when it got to us cuz it was an hour and 20 min since it LEFT when I got my food. I need a refund stat.

Ordered from here in the past, pizza was always as expected. This time we ordered and made sure to put “well done” on the type of bake bit this was far from normal let alone well done. Crust was doughy. The Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza was the reason we came back and ordered as it was normally some of the best cheese pizzas we’ve had from a pizza place like dominos but this time it didn’t taste anything like the past so either they have changed the recipe or this one wasn’t made properly. Now, I know they were super busy but, quality should not stop as soon as there are lots of orders. There were plenty of employees inside the store working.

The person who answers phone is very unprofessional and immature. He apparently likes to hang up on people according to previous reviews. Not sure what kind of person runs a business but it will fail with someone like that working there. I have opened a case with corporate due to rude unprofessional immature child who works there . And look at the pizza they was toppings missing I called to speak with some one they placed me on hold and never got back ! Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas for delivery one had sausage and mushroom the other sausage bacon half Olives half ham
Open the box and the sausage and mushroom looks like some one tossed it around while it was in the box the cheese went all to one side it was disgusting the 2nd pizza was as not bad still not pretty it also had no beacon at all . Tried to call and they would not answer … absolutely terrible service
