My order was taken my phone by a young man named Justin. He was extremely professional polite and very thorough. Not only was the call amazing but he made sure my pizza and bread bites were cooked too perfection! Then he delivered the food HIMSELF! I’ve never had a more pleasurable experience. Good job Justin!

If you love Domino’s Pizza like I do, then this is the one you want to go to. Best one in the area by far. The employees are always fantastic from my experience and the openness of the inside would make dining in a good option. Now for the best part, the pizza! 3 pizzas were purchased. 1st hand tossed mushroom and Italian sausage. Good amount and mix of topping, dough and crust were fluffy and warm. 2nd was a hand tossed extra pepperoni. As a pepperoni lover this is my go to choice. It wasn’t overly oily, the dough and crust again were fantastic. The 3rd was a pan ham and cheddar cheese blend. (Missing slices cause I couldn’t wait lol) I’ve never said this about a pizza but it melted in my mouth. The crust was like eating a flavorful cloud with a little crunch. The body was amazingly fluffy and filling. Will definitely be coming back for all my pizza needs in the area.

I always order online to get the best deals for carryout. They have a very good gluten free crust at a great price. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean.

It’s Domino’s. You know what you’re getting. It’s not fine cuisine or an expensive sit down restaurant. That being said, it’s good for what it is. I have no complaints. Service was fast and product was what I ordered.

Everything except for the pizzas are good, ordered a pizza and got it only to find the bottom crust is super thin and upon picking it up the entire thing from the crust forward folded down and all the cheese and toppings fell off, and upon getting a replacement pizza after complaining it was the exact same somehow. Dont go here for pizza.

The store was clean. The staff were kind. The food.was on point and made quickly.
This store manager and staff were great! Not only can the Hernando Domino’s learn from this store. But a few other restaurants could to. Alot of places severely lack customer service, and even common courtesy. I was severely mistreated by another company. Made an online order to the Hernando location. 5 minutes from arriving to pick up my order the store called and canceled my order. I scrambled to reorder the same order to this location thought everything went fine the app went to the tracker and looked great. Upon arriving the app showed the order went to the original location. The counter staff went to get the manager. She came quickly my aid. She placed the order herself and gave me the online deal and an additional discount for the inconvenience from the app and the other store. She was kind and understanding. And even seemed to treat her staff the same as she treated me. Managers are supposed to be leaders and set examples for the staff. And this kind lady did just that. I will prefer to use this location over the others due to the higher quality of both service and food. Thanks

It was one of those late nights when the craving for pizza strikes with no warning. After a long, exhausting day, I decided to grab a quick dinner at the local Domino’s. The small storefront, familiar with its red-and-white sign, promised me a hot meal and a bit of comfort. What I didn’t expect, however, was the encounter I was about to have with Shelby, the general manager.
I walked in and approached the counter, greeted by a young employee who was trying his best to juggle the phone and a busy register. It took a few moments for him to acknowledge me, but when he did, I smiled and placed my order: a simple medium pizza with extra cheese. No big deal. It wasn’t until I heard the voice behind me that I realized something was off. Shelby stood with her arms crossed at the back of the store, watching me. She didn’t offer a greeting, and her expression seemed more annoyed than welcoming. As the employee rang up my order, Shelby started making sharp comments about the pace of the shift. “We’re really slammed tonight,” she muttered to no one in particular, her voice edged with frustration. I brushed it off, figuring it was just a stressful night for the staff. But things quickly took a turn for the worse when I asked for a small change to my order — a simple request to add mushrooms. Shelby’s eyes narrowed. “That’ll take longer,” she said, sounding irritated. “You should’ve thought of that before.” I tried to explain that I just wanted to make a small adjustment, but she wasn’t hearing it. Her response was curt, almost dismissive: “We don’t have time for your ‘small adjustments.’ It’s a busy night, alright?” I was taken aback. Sure, I understood that it was a busy night, but this wasn’t exactly the level of customer service I had come to expect from a manager. I thought about asking to speak to someone else, but it felt like it would only make things worse. Instead, I paid for the pizza, now feeling a little less excited about my meal. As I waited for my pizza, Shelby continued her tirade, this time in front of her staff. She was louder now, complaining about everything from the oven’s temperature to the quality of the dough. At one point, she even yelled at an employee for not “slicing the pizza correctly,” as if the whole world were watching and judging her every move. It felt more like a performance than a manager doing her job. Finally, the pizza was ready. I walked up to the counter, a little hesitant. Shelby handed it to me without saying a word, and I muttered a half-hearted “thanks” before making my exit. When I finally got home and opened the box, the pizza was barely warm, and it had the wrong toppings — not just missing the mushrooms, but also a few other mistakes I didn’t order. It wasn’t the end of the world, but the whole experience left a sour taste.
I guess sometimes, the stress of a busy night can bring out the worst in people. But it’s hard to forget the way Shelby’s attitude made what should’ve been a simple, pleasant experience turn into one I’d rather forget.
