I ordered garlic sauce NY Sryle pizza. The garlic sauce tasted like they poured a half a bottle of garlic salt in it instead of garlic powder. I love sal4 but this puzza made me crinch bc the salt was overbearing on the good ingredients Iike green peppers, ham, etc. Id give it a 5 if it wasn’t so salty.

We moved to Cape Coral from North Fort Myers back in 2016 an have ordered delivery from this location many many times over the years. Food has always been amazing and all the drivers have been very courteous and friendly. Over the last year I recently started writing little messages of encouragement and thanking them for there hard work whenever I could. Being a person whom also worked through the entire 2020 Pandemic it’s very somber to say that some people out there don’t truly appreciate the people in Food service, Grocery retail, Trucking, Healthcare, and many other essential employee positions. So this is my way of saying thank you to the Crew at this location. You guys rock, keep up the good work!

Imagine having 1 job. Not 2 jobs. But only 1 job. Which is to make and cook pizza. Imagine not being able to do that either…we order our pizza and my husband stated 3 times to make the pizza well done “please make it well done”. Instead we got soggy circle of hot garbage. They had 1 job. I’m currently cooking the rest of the pizza in the oven.

My dumbass accidentally ordered delivery to the wrong address and did not realize it until after it was delivered. I called them and explained, and even though I was technically in the wrong and they could have made me pay for the wrong delivery, they refunded me in full. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Thankful for that, and will continue to order from them.

Terrible experience. Worked a overnight job, then worked my day job- exhausted to say the least. Didn’t really have the energy to cook so I orders 2 medium pizzas-extra sauce, extra cheese, extra pepperoni. Both pizzas all had no to very little sauce on them(the photo shows perfectly as I peeled back the cheese and pepperonis as proof) I called and spoke with the manager, and after going back and forth for a moment about what we each considered extra to mean, politely I might add, he said there’s nothing he can do for me and abruptly hung up. The sauce for me is the best part Very disappointed, I even offered to bring the pizza to him to show him… I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere in the future…

My business was hired to supply a bday party today so we needed a good amount of supplies (including the food).
I contacted Ryan at this Domino’s location the night before, set everything up and came in the next day for the pickup time and got the pizzas ready to go and then I delivered them with huge help from Ryan and his staff.
Very friendly and professional service they provided, will definitely do business with them again.

My oldest son loves their pizza. We get it at least once a month. Nothing crazy, nothing fancy. Just pizza. Service has been good every time. They haven’t messed up our order once. Can’t complain.

Been going here for 10 months since we moved here, have ordered over 15 times. Placed an order for a medium alfredo chicken pizza with tomatoes and mushrooms. Had another small item, order was $26. Got the pizza home, no toppings at all, just a regular cheese pizza. Called back and of course was told they would make it again, I said “I’m not driving back” they said okay we understand we will issue your phone number a store credit. ….fair enough. Called back the next day and my credit was there….all good…Called last week to utilize and was told “sorry there’s no credit” ….shocker and the lady proceed to argue with me about poor customer service basically said too bad and hung up on me after I said I expected they wouldn’t help me. I guess just forget about my $26 order they messed up because someone didn’t want to take the time to do what was right. That my friends is why people pay $40 for pizza because these corporations couldn’t care less about a single customer.
