Honestly, this Domino’s is a joke… I ordered a pizza for pickup and the app told me it was ready so I came in and nope! It still wasn’t done… I ended up waiting and 10mins later they were boxing it up and handing it to me. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was UNDERCOOKED, had 0 sauce, and it also had meat that I absolutely did NOT order on it!! I am a vegetarian, so that was a bummer. Like I couldn’t even pop it in the oven to finish cooking if I wanted to… Contacted Domino’s and nothing has been done to resolve this. Ridiculous! Do better

I went to this dominos and ordered food and this is the way my pizza was made! I called and spoke to Emily the MANAGER and told her I just left and made it home when I looked at the pizzas this how they were She called me a Liar on the phone and was saying that she never heard of a pizza looking that way and said that I will have to come all the way back bring her all the food then she will decide what to do . She had 3 of her children running around in the back where they are making the food at fixing them drinks and food instead of doing her job this is why my order turned out this way it’s wrong I wasted my money like this and she was rude about it for how they did my order! I will never spend my money here again! Poor customer service and poor food!

Very racist establishment on January 20th came to order food around 9:40pm restaurant closes at 12am they lock the doors early and u have to use a window to order I waited for the white guy infront to order after I got up to the window lady shut the window in face she came back 8 mins and give the guy his food shut the window in my face again while me and other colored folks waited when all of knocked no answer she stood there talk to her co workers while we knock and ring for 15 mins when was leaving she finally open the window and laugh I don’t recommend coming here if ur colored very racist and disrespectful

Online and on the door the hours were posted they close at midnight. Arrived at 1030 pm and the doors were locked and no one answered the doorbell. There was a person inside when we drove in to park but when we went up to the door no one came.

Here’s what was delivered to me after I ordered from this Domino’s. The delivery guy didn’t bother to tell me he dropped the pizza, or apologize. The manager didn’t seem to think it was a problem.
I recommend ordering from another Domino’s if you expect to get pizza that hasn’t been dropped and put back it the box.

No acknowledgement what so ever when I walked in not even a hello or I’ll be right with you. She saw me waiting, the girl with the glasses and she was on her phone the whole time, until I sat down she spoke. I’ve been in customer service 10yrs + and that is poor service. I love dominos but the staff needs to work on greeting and making the customer feel welcomed.

Everything in my order was wrong. The only reason I even placed an order was to try the New York style pizza crust. My pizza was hand-tossed and I ordered bread twists and received greasy small bread balls. I called the store and was greeted by a very rude lady. I will never order from them again especially with their fees being so high.

I was having an issue with a coupon I received in the email. When I called, a few of the workers were very honest and helpful, understanding that I wasn’t interested in forcing them to give me a “freebie”, but wondering if the issue is on my end. The most helpful was Sean – he was very patient and thorough in helping me understand their app is the issue.
My issue wasn’t actually resolved, but little frustrating things like this melt away when customer service is stellar.
