I ordered a 5 topping pizza for carryout, jalapeños, onions, green peppers, pineapples and half chicken. I arrived at the location and sat in my car for 30 min and then went inside. I spoke to a girl with green streaks and headphones in and she said “your pizza is in the oven, it’ll be ready in 15 min”. I went and stood right by the make line in the lobby and watched them make pizza for 35 min, my pizza never came out the oven. Thirty three minutes into being in the store I saw my pizza pop up on the make line and store manager Jason told a black guy on the make line to click it off the screen it was made. Twenty min later my pizza never came out the oven, I saw my tracker said it was ready, I waited 10 more min before asking one of the drivers who said he doesn’t see it. All that time waiting not one individual asked me if they could help me, but everyone had headphones in so obviously they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing or communicating with each other. I watched another driver take a pizza, thin crust out the oven and use his hands to push a piece in to close the box, very unsanitary! I asked to speak to the store manager and he walked off the make line with his arms bent at the elbow and up in the air as though coming to talk to me was an inconvenience because they were busy. However he apologized and said a mistake was been made, but no it wasn’t just a mistake. The first employee never looked into the status of the pizza she just immediately told me it was in the oven and would be ready in 15 min. To the actual manager taking it off the screen and not ensuring it was in the oven. This location is horrible, this isn’t the first incident I’ve dealt with but it surely is my last, they won’t get not one penny from me.

So I’ve been ordering from this location for years and would be giving it 5 stars but lately we have been getting bad pizza and tater tots. I believe the new person is Dayna because that’s the name that shows up on who’s making the pizza. The pizza looks like it’s just been thrown together with so much pizza sauce that it is sliding right off the dough. My husband picked up his pizza and it ripped apart because the sauce is making it soggy. The tator tots are over cooked and everything looks crispy. When I go in to pick up my order Dayna is seen throwing things and raising her voice at the other employees. She even made dishes fall on the floor. This is not the first time I witnessed her being upset. So I feel like maybe my pizza looks like shit because she’s in a shitty mood. I think she needs some anger management. It used to be a quiet and friendly environment. I’m not sure if am able to request someone else to make my pizza. The first time she made our order the tator tots were the wrong kind and she got upset that she had to remake it. If she doesn’t like making orders then why is she still working there especially since she treats the other employees like crap. She needs to go. Her behavior and her quality of food making is horrible. I love eating at this Dominos location but I’m afraid that if she continues to work here I will have to order somewhere else. I couldn’t find a location on the app to make a review. I guess they took it away so I’m making one here.

I placed an order in the pizza was missing one item. I talked to the manager by the name of Nya she was so kind and accurate. I just told her I would get it another time so I stopped in and dealt with Mrs. Jesse She was so sweet and on She found it immediately in the system did not question me and was even kind enough to bring it to the car for me as I deal with cancer and have chemo tomorrow this store deserves a bonus. I’ve never seen this type of Customer Service via dominoes. They have a 20 out of 10 for me.

Highly recommend against ordering from this location. We received a delivery today that wasn’t ours. We didn’t order anything from dominos at all today. I tried calling the location to let them know and a rude gentleman answered my call after trying 3 separate times and told me to hold. I told him this was urgent as we received someone else’s order and he said I still am putting you on hold. I waited over 15 minutes in silence and just ended up hanging up.
Thankfully we figured out who the pizza was supposed to go to and made sure they received it. Definitely don’t recommend this location as long as they have this guy working there. He does not seem to care.

I had an order for 25 pizzas this morning and pick up at 11:00 a.m. I pick him up at 10:45 and get back to my location where my catering party is happening open the boxes 5 minutes after I pick them up and the pizzas are all cold. This is ridiculous and embarrassing that Domino’s even serves this to my staff. Don’t waste your time doing a catering order from this location and when I called the manager they had nothing to say about it but that they were under the heat lamps. Well the pizza is cold Mr manager The heat lamps didn’t do anything. What a joke!

I normally have a great experience here, but last week it didn’t go so well. The pizza was made sloppily. 3 pieces lacked one of the toppings. The app glitched terribly and the person I spoke with on the phone made a big deal out of the fact that it never registered that I needed curbside service. I can’t help it the app messed up. He acted like he was doing me a huge favor. I’m disabled! Please don’t make things harder for me when I’m literally paying your salary by patronizing your business. I was definitely disappointed!

I called right as a storm was hitting to place my order and they lost power. Called me back when the power came back on and went over the moon to make it right even though they didn’t have to. So pleased since their is new management over this store my experiences have been amazing. Thank you all for being so kind to your guests!

Just ordered delivery via the app and messed something up… however, rather than pushing out the order as I ordered it, Amber called to make sure I meant to do, what I did, which I did not. Very rare that I experience good customer service like this. Made our night!
