We are done!! This is the 2nd time (hoping last time was just a bad day) we have ordered two pizzas with extra cheese. First time we had delivery and thought that might be the problem so this time we ordered and drove right there (less than 10 minutes) to pick them up. One came out great and the other looks like it’s been there all day!! We will not try a 3rd time!!

The deal that they have going on for a two-topping medium for $6.99….. That’s the best deal around it’s cheaper than buying a quality frozen pizza… And while I don’t have a lot of complaints about Domino’s I feel like lots of times the pizza is not consistent when it comes to topping amounts…. All in all it’s a good deal and we usually get it pretty quickly!

His customer service skills are 5 stars being professional and inviting. • I’m giving 4 stars because I always order in the app and always select square cut. The last few times it’s been pie cut which in my opinion is not as fun to dip in sauces.• The cheese has seemed a bit overdone the last few times unlike when they first opened.
Dominos is always my go-to unless I’m dining in elsewhere. It’s fast and easy and they keep you up to date on the process.

11/7/24. Wauchula FL. 5:30pm #481. I ordered my 2 pizza’s and went right over to Dominoes. Walked a nice lady asked for my order number. Pulled it out of warming bag. Could not ask for faster or better service. Probrem the pizza was all dried up. It had been sitting around for some time. It wasn’t worth eating. We did eat it but never again.

I have been ordering from here since they opened and never had a complaint. Today that changed, I ordered a pizza, BBQ wings, and a sub. Very poorly made food. Wings were thrown in the box and the sauce just dumped on top. Pizza was ok, the sub wasn’t good at all and the cinnamon bread had all the cinnamon in the bottom of the box, sitting in oil. Do better Dominos!!!

I order an extra large extra cheese piza and give my phone number and I’m charged a 5 dollar delivery fee for a quarter mile down the road. I’m sitting here on my front step waiting for a call cause I’m in a campground. 45 minutes later I call dominoes wanting to know where my pie is and they entered my number in wrong but they guaranteed I would get a hot pizza.. 15 minutes later I get a call that my pie is here so I go out and get it.. when I get to my house this is the pie I see.. not only was it not hot they just redeliver the same pie they had the first time… horrible service for this town.. first time ordering from the new dominoes in town… next time I’ll order from hungry howies

A year ago when we tried Domino’s again, we were pleasantly surprised at the improvements they had made in food quality. However, this location continues to go out of its way to bring service standards to a new low every time I order. This time, I go pick up & even though it should have been ready 10 minutes ago, the cashier says I can find the receipt, but it’s still sitting next to the oven because we were so busy with finished orders that we walked away & forgot about it. It will be another 10 or so. Ok – I’ll wait while my ice cream melts in the car, THANKS! I will say that the young girl who brought it out was very sweet. Unfortunately, once we got home & discovered the garlic knots & cinnamon knots BOTH with NO sauce AGAIN…..we were only to be irritated all over again.

If I could put -negative stars I would. It’s a damn shame how bad this place is. Wauchula deserves better then what this Domino’s is producing! Gross food, Terrible customer service and a store when you walk in you have bugs flying around your head. That is a pure sign of nastiness.
