So I visted the store on Tuesday evening the 23rd. I ordered a specific white sauce pizza with chicken and spinach. I cant eat red sauce. As I was standing there I saw the gentleman to be cutting what appeared to be my pizza. I asked him if it was for Jennifer and he told me no. He was cutting pizza after pizza with tomatoe sauce on them, he used the same blade to cut the white sauce pizza. I asked him why would he do that…his answer was we dont clean the blade. Plus as the trays were falling out of the oven… instead of picking them up. He used his feet to kick them out of his way. I have many years of restaurant management experience. One has to be careful as allergens are a real thing. All I can say is …ill never order another pizza from here. Customer service didnt exist. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

I don’t even know where to start with this franchise. I have consistently ordered from this location for years to order food for my disabled father who lives near this Domino’s in a nursing home and they have always delivered to my father’s room because he cannot walk. Today however, I literally tipped well over what I usually do so that my father’s food would be delivered warm and acceptable. However today that was not the case. The delivery person did not only leave it at the front desk to get cold but it was just a disaster. I have no intentions of ever ordering from this location ever again.

Don’t get scammed.. they are skimping on toppings & cheese and charging customers full price. My last order had literally no toppings (that I paid a premium for). I thought the toppings were under the cheese. However when I brought the order home there were none. They charged me for a specialty Pizza & gave me a cheese pizza instead. No response from the restaurant or corporate about a refund or replacement. Thanks but ripping off customers is only going to continue to drive down sales to the point that you go out of business, especially in this economy. See Photos of my last few orders. I ordered 3 pizzas, one cheese, one with pepperoni, and one deluxe with black olives. I got one disgusting, overdone cheese, one disgusting, overdone pepperoni, and one disgusting, overdone olive only pizzas. The wife called to complain, and they sent one burnt deluxe pizza with black olives. The Parnassian bread was awesome. That’s all the kids ate. Pizza went in the trash. From now on, I will only order the bread. And I thought Pizza Hut sucked. We have a new winner. Just to note, I have had their pizza before, and what was ok. Vomitville this time. Never again. 57 years old, worked in a pizzeria as a teenager. Worst pizza I have ever tried to eat.

Last 2 time order it’s been terrible service more than hour and 30 minutes to get my food and sure is cold. The driver ripped off the ticket sticker because he didn’t want us to see what type it was ready even though we were tracking him. Do not order from here. CORLA was the most rude employee I’ve ever dealt with!! I ordered a carry out pizza. When I ordered online, I was asked if I wanted extra cheese. Initially I said yes, but I deleted it when I found out extra cheese would add $3 to a $7 pizza. Call me crazy, but I thought that was ridiculous. When I got the pizza, which took twice the app tracker time, I saw there was no cheese. When I asked why, CORLA said “because that’s how you ordered it”. Technically she wasn’t wrong but I tried to explain what happened. And then the verbal thrashing by CORLA began. “It said that’s what you ordered so that’s what you got”. “People order without cheese all the time”. And in such a mean, rude tone. For several minutes she went on and on. Granted… it was my mistake. But I truly did not see that removing the extra cheese removed all cheese. I asked “So there’s no recourse possible”. And then it happened. More rude and loud so anyone would hear she said “Look, you ordered the wrong pizza, but now you want to argue and your making all these other customers wait (the only customers were the ones still waiting on their pizza orders to be done and one person behind me). You can either take that one or I’ll make a new pizza.” So I waited. I had already almost convinced myself not to order from Dominos again due to the disappointing quality/toppings. CORLA just reaffirmed my decision.

They remade my order to perfection! Everyone at this location is friendly, courteous, and when something is not up to your standards they make it right with a smile. There are not many businesses that know how to handle a customer conflict without talking things personally. Well this location and the staff does for sure. I’ll continue to be a loyal and happily paying customer!
