Carbonara is very tasty as well the sauce is rich.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken w artichoke but everything was well cooked.

Excellent customer service! You are greeted with a smile, and infectious energy. Tried their special bruschetta which was served with thin slices of pears, wasn’t disappointed. Their special pizza could be switched up a bit. I would recommend their Penne Romagnola, it had strong flavors, and was filled with delicious cheese. Their bread sticks are freshly baked and super soft. The staff was very attentive, and checked on us regularly to ensure that we were enjoying our meal. The atmosphere was friendly, with wooden chairs, an open kitchen, and interesting prints.

It has been quite a while since I dined here after quarantine in 2021. Ordered some appetizers such as Fritto Di Pesce Misto and Insalata Della Casa, and they were solid. For main courses, I had Linguine Al Castello, Involtini Di Vitello, and Seared Ahi Tuna with Penne. The presentation was decent, but some dishes tasted mediocre and could use an extra touch of spices or savoriness to elevate the taste. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was alright. I would rate the food a 3.5/5 based on tonight’s experience.

Thank you for your reply! I really enjoyed my meal at Al Castello Ristorante. Regarding the Grilled Ahi Tuna, I think adding a bit more spice could enhance the flavors. Perhaps a touch of paprika or cayenne pepper could give it a nice kick. Additionally, a slightly thicker reduction sauce, maybe with a hint of balsamic vinegar, could complement the tuna beautifully. Just to let you know that every customer critiques the special dishes in a different view, and the suggestion I apply on improving taste may not work for every single customers.

The restaurant is easy to get to inside is great decorations the staff are friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The waiters are attentive to your drinks and make sure they’re full and any appetizers and make sure to refill so it doesn’t run low.

Open space, just loud enough that the person next to you isn’t chiming in your convo, but loud enough that even with a big laugh you don’t stand out. The food is hearty and good portions. Good flavor and decent service.

Brilliant Italian restaurant. Great flavor great vibes. This is definitely a weekly Italian spot we like to hit up. Best breadsticks in town. Food is made to order if requested. And yes they have a full bar.
