Extremely disappointed. We moved from the other side of town so we can’t frequent our regular dominoes which we normally order from 2+ times a week because it’s quick easy and delicious for our small children. Today we ordered at 6:30 told that our pizza left the store at 6:50 and by almost 730 my pizza still was not at the house. The last time this happened when we first moved into this house our pizza arrived cold. Unfortunately, we had to call and cancel because our children have school tomorrow and we could not wait for a cold pizza. Hopefully they get better stuff soon. Sad that a chain of great restaurants has to deal with somebody like this ruining the name.

Oh wow this Dominos went above and beyond anything I could image. Murat an employee their went out of his way to give me a special deal so i didn’t pinch penny. And on top of the they definitely put their foot in their food this time cause it was Ummm Ummm good!

Will not be retuning to this Dominos location. This is not my typical location, but was close to where I was so I went with it! Placed an order for two pizzas and two orders of bread. Got the notification that my order was ready – great! Thought this would be an easy grab and go situation so I had made some stops right before picking up my order. I went inside and stood at the counter (which is open, by the way – 3 workers could clearly see me) and it took at least 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. There was a guy (I assume the manager) standing off to the side on his phone that finally asked what my name was for the order. I told him, and he walked away. I checked the order board to make sure my order was showing ready and it was. I stood at the counter for another 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone else. Finally, one of the workers making a pizza asked what the name was – again. I told them and they said it was still in the oven. No big deal, but why tell me my order is ready when it isn’t? Waited around a little longer and finally got my order. I was there long enough to submit a customer service complaint online while I was waiting at the counter. Crazy! Workers did not seem to care, and whoever the first guy was definitely shouldn’t be in customer service. And to top it off they forgot the icing for the cinnamon bread.

Today,I ordered a pickup on the website. The order total was 28 dollars because I rounded up to support St Jude. I put my debit info in to pay, but the it said my card, with plenty of money on it, was declined and to try another card. I checked my banking app, and the money was removed from my account. I went to the store, and of course, the manger said there was no record of my order. Showing him my banking app was not useful. I was told to go back online and use the chat feature to ask for the return of my money. Most likely I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. The manger knew very well I was screwed out of my money by a malfunctioning website, but still offered no resolution. Ridiculous customer service.

This is one of the best Dominos in town. Pizza is always on point. There are 2 guys who work there that are always so kind. Very respectful and pleasant. I live very close to another Dominos, that I refuse to go too. I would like to thank you for being the gentleman you are. Our 2 pizzas we had tonight with the chicken wings. They were all on point. I normally don’t leave reviews for fast food places but, Whoever is running this shop at this location, if you see this…. Just know you’re doing a great job. There’s some locations in Tampa which are horrible. This location has the best deals (use the app) and I have consistently purchased from this location because they’re always serving everything fresh (see the images I have provided) . I have never had a bad experience here. It seems that everyone that works at this location takes pride in what they do.

The manager Michael was a really amazing guy! Getting food out as fast as possible even when he was SUPER backed up on orders, guy was on it! Pizza hot and fresh as promised! You deserve more Michael for you and your team! Fantastic job!

In what world is this well done? What’s the point of having options to modify your pizza if the team members don’t care and just want to get the orders out as fast as possible. I’d rather wait the additional time and get what I actually ordered— so disappointing.

EDIT: The managers reached out and resolved my issue, and were both friendly.

Ordered a pizza, marbled cookie brownie, and loaded chicken. Entire order was 30 minutes late. Pizza was wrong, brownie was undercooked, and chicken was cold and half the amount I should’ve got. When I try to call for a refund, I get sent from an AI to being put on hold, where the store just hangs up while I’m on hold. And of course there’s conveniently no other way to get a refund.

EDIT to add that I order from here often and this is the first time I’ve had an issue, but the fact it was so bad and I can’t even get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue is frustrating.
