Dominos have always been my favorite but today was a total disappointment! What ever happened to the garlic crust? & the freshness? Did not feel any. It was DRY & just not what I usually have. The pizza was dry & the breadbowl was dry and the chicken was cold. Unbelievable. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread, one pizza was ok and the other looks like this. Call the location to get a replacement and the guy says 45 mins and hangs up. There was not quality check and the customer service was horrible. Never again will I order from here.

This location undercooks every pizza. It’s doughy, and doesn’t tear apart without taking half the middle with it. The center isn’t even cooked. You can request to have “well done” ( which is an option on the menu ) , but they refuse to do it. I tried to ask them as was being cooked, to make sure it was well done. I requested it when I ordered. The kid at the counter said no, it backs up the other pizzas. Then proceeded to ask me if “it was that serious”….I told him it was, and that the pizzas are never cooked in the middle and it’s why I requested well done. He said I could leave the store and didn’t have to pay. Seriously??? Why do you offer it on the app to order, just to ignore it? I had gotten a few pizzas well undercooked the past few times from this specific location, so I went inside to just make sure they saw the note. They did. They don’t care. They won’t even slow the ovens down a little to make sure the crust is cooked through. By far the worst dominoes in palm beach county. Don’t go here. There is a Pizza Hut just down the street, and they cook theirs all the way, no need for “well done” requests….not that dominoes cares or listens anyway. The whole time I was waiting, the only concern in the place was the new system for tips. Nothing else mattered. Not even making the food. Poor, poor, poor. They are the worst.

I’m not looking for any free pizza or a refund on my purchase. I’m just strongly disappointed with this Domino’s store. I have been coming to this location over the last ten years, and the quality has never been worse than what I experienced today. I advise the person that is running this store to either hire more staff to receive more help or train your employees actually to care and put pride in their job. The pizza was burnt, with barely any sauce, and I wish there were more ham. Please improve. I don’t want to drive farther to different dominoes.

I’m literally writing this in the parking lot waiting for them to correct my order they got wrong. This place gets my order wrong 2/3 of the time. I even emailed corporate once because there was bacon in my pizza (I’m a vegetarian) and no one got back to me. This location is complete trash. Avoid this place if you can.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We have had a few issues but we’ve let them slide. But today we ordered a dessert and I cannot believe they gave us this. They were small and they weren’t even the right shape. They gave us pretty much scraps. Made my whole family very unhappy.
