I don’t know what went on today but today I placed a pick up order at 3 o’clock. I got an email that it was ready for pick up at 3:15. I ordered this on my break which is 30 minutes. I arrive to the store at 3:35 and the person responsible for the pick up is very confused because my order is not there. I don’t know what happened, but my order was given to another customer. Ordered 2 pizzas both were to be extra cheese. You can see the crust in the middle of the pizza. Missing toppings and the other pizza was burnt minus extra cheese. Ordered 2 pastas which one had no chicken, both fit into one dish. Horrible waste of money

It’s really unfortunate how downhill this place has gone. Mind you it’s a Thursday night. I ordered my pizza at 7:20pm it’s now 9pm. I live 1.1 miles away from this store. Tracker said he left at 7:45 and was 17 minutes away. I understand drivers take more than one order out at a time but when on the tracker I seen him drive 5 miles past me I called the store. The first guy I talked to said he would be to me in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later I called to tell the store that my food has been out for delivery for an hour and the rudest person I talked to with the most condescending tone tells me, “you need to understand that we deliver more than just one order at a time” dude I know. It said 17 minutes an hour ago and when I called the first person said 3 more minutes. Now it’s 15 minutes later and you’re telling me 3 more minutes too just cancel my order. “Well you need to understand” no buddy I don’t need to understand. I asked you 3 times to cancel my order and refund me. Don’t talk to me like I’m a child. I’ve been ordering from here for 7 years and this has only ever happened one time before. I gave you the benefit of the doubt last time but now this establishment is just garbage. Poor customer service….

Wasn’t till I moved to Texas that I realized how POORLY the pizzas are made at every Dominos in Florida. How pathetic. Corporate should send me all my money back from wasting it on their garbage franchises in Florida.

I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s location. I placed a delivery order around 11:45 AM and didn’t receive it until after 1:15 PM—even though I live less than five minutes away. The food was left outside for hours and was no longer safe to eat. The tracker showed my order stuck in “quality check” for over 20 minutes, and I couldn’t get through to anyone at the store despite calling twice and waiting on hold both times. Completely unacceptable service. I expected better and hope this issue is addressed.

Make sure you own your own pizza cutter before ordering delivery here, you are gonna need it. Multiple times telling management my pizzas aren’t cut all the way when getting them and its still the same thing every time i order.
