I ordered a pizza for my 5 yr old son over the phone. They told me 10 mins. I was already pulling in the parking lot, so it took me 3 mins to get inside.. *THE PIZZA* was already prepared. When I got back to my hotel it was obvious this was an old pizza already made sitting there they gave us. Beyond pissed. Beyond disgusting.

We drove 12 hours today on our way to florida, and got to our hotel later than planned. We ordered on the app. We tried calling the number that the app shows to call if there are any issues because the delivery time just kept changing but we were unable to speak with anyone. We called 7 times and the same result. There is no help chat box in the app either.
My father is diabetic and was going to need to eat soon so that’s why we chose Domino’s so we could get food faster than a dine in restaurant. He ended up having a sugar crash and we had to resort to emergency methods because the food took so long. Sadly after an episode like that, he could not even enjoy the food.
Delivery guy was paid a 20% tip through the app and we also paid a delivery fee. When he arrived almost 2 hours after ordering, he didn’t even smile when we made a comment about how late it was. He just passed it over and walked away. He didn’t even say hello. Not deserving of our 20% tip and disrespectful in my opinion.
The food was cold, there were only 6 banana peppers on the entire pizza and there was no extra cheese as requested and paid for. We weren’t even able to have a conversation with someone about it either.
I have a business background so I respect Domino’s for their tech innovations in business however, the way their system is set-up, there is no way to have an in person conversation about anything unless we drive there, even if there was a real issue. That’s a problem. I hope to stop by tomorrow to speak with someone directly as we are highly disappointed by the service and food quality we received tonight. Our hotel is only 4 minutes away but I am willing to speak with someone. We filled out the report on the order and they offered a free pizza but unfortunately we will be leaving. Order was under my father’s email. We chose Domino’s for their reliability and consistency but unfortunately after that experience, we aren’t sure we can choose dominos in the future.
Normally I would consider speaking with someone to hear their side before writing something like this as I am a multiple business owner myself but if dominos wants to only allow digital assistance and restrict human interaction and problem solving completely, then this is how customers will need to be heard.

This Domino’s an absolute joke! Placed my order well over an hour ago and it’s still on the “Make” stage. The website refuses to let you report a problem when the food hasn’t left the door yet, so they tell you that you have to call the restaurant directly. When you call the restaurant, you get the same three damn messages on repeat forever with zero options to talk to anyone.
This place seems intentionally bad. Avoid at all costs!

I haven’t had dominos in years, and since ive moved to ft laud, ive only tried the hut and papa j’s. pizza hut was meh everytime but what really sealed the deal of never returning was the lack of general human decency. always treated like I was a nuisance. no thanks. I got a cbr sandwich and a coke. simple, tasty filling after a late night of work. they’re open until 2 am. & the staff I spoke to was so friendly& he moved with a sense of urgency, both of which are a rarity these days. I really appreciate someone truly wanting to value the folks who patronize their establishment.

They told me that only the general manager can refund me because the food was not edible. I asked the manager if she could have the general manager call me since I am the customer and she said that she wouldn’t be able to guarantee it. Then I asked for her first name and she said that she was not comfortable giving it to me. I asked the manager on duty for the dominos customer service number and she said that she did not know it. I asked her to hold on so that I try to find it and she told me that she could not hold while I looked for it and then hung up on me.

Unfortunately this is our dominos we are stuck with. Many bad experiences here. They often don’t cut their pizza. However tonight was the worst. The app lies about times, they are never prepared. Called to check on my order after 45 min of “quality check” and they said they would make a new pizza because it’s been sitting for over 45 min. Well that was a lie, they sent us the pizza that was reheated and sat out for the 1.5 hours. Pictures show how horrible their pizza quality is.

Placed an order via Uber eats with this location that arrived unacceptably late resulting in 2 cold pizzas one of which was completely wrong. I ordered a medium buffalo chicken specialty pizza and a free medium 2- topping pizza with a purchase of over $14. The order placed was for a medium jalapeño and pepperoni pizza with a 2 liter soda and two ranch dipping sauces. The pizza arrived late and instead of an apology the driver responds with a did you order subway? Joke? I called to inform the location of the error and the manager again instead of apologizing proceeds to tell me that I did indeed order a cheese pizza and to take it up with Uber eats. The customer service was distasteful, the interaction with the manager was disappointing and I will most definitely not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

Got our two pizzas and the entire middle half of the pizza was raw and it seemed like a dough was not even cooked. It was soggy and it stuck to the cardboard box. We had to recook both pizzas in our air fryer. We’ve ordered from this Domino’s before and have been very happy but tonight was a complete disaster. i grabbed my infrared thermometer because i was curious how hot it would be… since they said they made it 1 hour 15 minutes earlier.
coagulated cheese stuck to the cardboard when we tried to take a slice out to heat it.
gross. lesson learned. and it not the drivers fault, i tipped 30%… because if you are delivering pizzas to make money… you need support, cool.
it’s the lack of drivers i suppose.

I ordered pizza at 9pm. It arrived at 10:18pm and it was so cold. I called the store twice and did not get an answer. This is the worse experience I have ever had with dominos. NEVER AGAIN. DRY COLD AND NASTY
