Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Domino’s location.
I placed an order and received a pizza that was missing cheese and pepperoni — basically plain dough. I will be attaching photos because it’s honestly hard to believe this was sent out to a customer. On top of that, the pizza arrived cold and in terrible condition.
When I called the store to report the issue, the manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the problem, she spoke to me with an attitude and treated me poorly, as if this situation was somehow my fault.
This is not just bad food quality, it’s bad customer service from start to finish. Completely disappointing experience, waste of money, and absolutely not what I expect from Domino’s.
I do not recommend this location.

The children loved the pizza
We try pizza from different chains regularly. This was the first time from their location. The service was really good. I would give the pizza a 6.8 out of 10 for pizza compares to real hand tossed pizzas. The large specialty pizzas are reasonably priced. They also have a special on 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, bread sticks, and choice of dessert, one catch they advertise it for under$20 but at check out it is $25. That is why I chose the specialty large pizzas instead.they are around $17.50 each. I would have been satisfied with the special it is still a fair deal at $25.

The kids like to pizza , the thin crust is good. But when you order wings they don’t give you a dipping sauce with it and then when you ask for one, they want to charge you for it . I was like Wait ,i just paid over 30 and you charging me extra for it. I was like ok whatever. I won’t come back , Papa John’s is just as good. When you order the wings ,they give you a dipping sauce for it sometimes 2, Thats Customer Service. I won’t order from Domino’s.

I was told on my online tracker the eta would be around 20 minutes.
I ordered and then it went to 55 minutes.
Then when I called to inquire about my food I was told to bare with them while the manager abruptly ends the call.
I will not ordering from this location again.
Nobody wants to wait an hour for their food when its initial eta was less than 20 minutes.
Very unpleasant and unprofessional, especially when you spend $60 on food.
The establishment is ran poorly with no sense of urgency and customer service skills need some improvement as well.

Terrible experience. My food was out for delivery for an hour before it was delivered. Watched the driver drive right past me on then not come back for over 30 minutes later. The boxes were completely smashed. As you can imagine, our food was no where near fresh and warm when we finally got it. AVOID DELIVERY AND THIS LOCATION. It took an hour and a half to get a pizza I was quoted 27 minutes for. No apology received when I called several times to check and on it.

An item was left off my order, I was placed on hold multiple times and the staff never came back to the phone. I spoke to someone who pretended to be a manager and she became agitated once I let her know that her staff has terrible customer service. Prior to this person getting on the phone I asked to speak to a manager and she came on the phone. This person proceeded to hang up the phone while I was speaking and when I called back to get her name, they continued to pick up and hang up the phone. Finally the same person picked up and told me to stop calling and refused to provide her name. The staff there also told me they are not allowed to provide names.

AVOID DELIVERY IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD. The Domino’s “Tracker” showed my order was delivered and let me know to “Enjoy your food!” Well I have no food. I received no calls or texts and left instructions to “Hand it to Me” on the order. Called the store and the employeee who took my call could not care less and it was apparent. Food never arrived. I’ll never order here again.

Run! Do not order from this trashy place with incompetent staff. When I tell you, this has been the worst experience ever! I ordered pizza and they didn’t make one of them correct and another was missing. I called to inform them and was met with a very nonchalant attitude. Fast forward 2 hours, still no replacement pizza. I called and was met with another incompetent employee who tried to beat me getting mad for their mess up. She stated that the delivery driver was 5-7 minutes away. Fast forward 40 minutes later, no pizza. I called back and was told that it was delivered outside. Checked and still no pizza. I called back again and was immediately offered a refund and told to hold while they process it. Waited over 15 minutes on hold and hung up. I called back AGAIN… met another employee who says she “processed the refund.” I will know the truth on 24-48 hours. Save yourself the headache and eat somewhere else.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst experience ever with delivery. Placed an order and said it was delivered.. never delivered. Called back and they said it would be ten minutes. No pizza after 20 minutes, called again said they are remaking it and sending it again. Waited 2 hours for a cold pizza with no sauce ?! Awful. The location was 6 min away for reference.

Absolutely incredible. If you’re into wasting an hour of your life and leaving hungry, this place is a must-visit. We ordered, waited forever — the screen said our pizza was ready, but apparently only in an alternate universe. Staff ignored us like we were part of the furniture. No refund, no receipt, just blank stares. Seven people “working” — not sure what they were doing, but it definitely wasn’t helping customers. We asked to cancel the order — just like the people before us who gave up and walked out. I’m honestly in shock. 10/10 for chaos and disappointment.
