Beware this place is a joke they delivered a half ate pizza to me. I called and called then drove up to the store to get my pizza I paid for and they just laughed about it. They did make it right but this was a bunch of bullshit. Never in my life corporate should really look into this place

I never received my order. Almost two hours had passed since I placed it. The tracker said the driver had already dropped it off and to “enjoy,” but I never got anything. I called the store several times, and no one answered. I let the phone ring for over 30 minutes, and no one ever picked up.
I had to go to the store in person. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t answer the phone because they were too busy. Then they told me that my order hadn’t been delivered yet because they had very few drivers, and that the driver was almost on his way to bring it to me. But after almost two hours, the driver was going to deliver my order completely cold. I ask them , “Please cancel it because I don’t want to eat cold pizza,. I told them, “It’s already been almost two hours. That pizza must be cold and they refund my money, While I was there, two people arrived who had exactly the same problem. The tracker had told them their pizza had already been delivered, but they never received it. They also called by phone, and no one answered, so they went to the store to complain, just like I did.
It was a very bad experience, and this is not the first time it happens with Domino’s Pizza. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

You will be better off going to pick your order up. Every time I order it arrives extremely late. The most recent time, the driver comes with a completely different order. When I went tobthe store to ask for a refund, they had attitudes as if I did something wrong. I asked for a confirmation of a refund which they could not provide. I will never order from this store again.

Only because I can’t do a 0 star, worst experience ever. With my baby in the car after a 30 min wait, I had to go inside only to find out that my order was handed to another person, so I had to wait another 20+ min more with a crying child, the whole point of online order to this store is out of my do it again list.

Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered at 12, at 12 it says completed on the tracker but no food left. I called the store multiple times from 12-12:35 to see where my food was and I received 0 answers, apart from the one time they answered and hung up on me. I ended up receiving my order 37 min after it was supposedly already “delivered”. Terrible customer service.

I have repeatedly tried to give this location opportunity to meet my expectations with Service and food. But on almost every single occasion, I have either had food that was delivered late or not at all. Food that was not prepared properly or with very little ingredients. Today, I selected curbside delivery and was left waiting for over 10 minutes before I had to walk into the store and ask for my order… obviously not living up to the expectations set forth by the Company and as guaranteed in the app. If there is one thing that they have consistently done is disappoint me I don’t think that I will order from this location again. (Just look at the photo of my chicken parm sandwich. It’s just cheese on bread barely any chicken, barely any marinara.) So upsetting.

On the June 13, 2025 I ordered 2 medium pizza and a classic garden salad and wings.This salad it’s expired 6-13-2025 so yes the salad expired the lettuce, tomato cheese and the little bits of onions .this the pic I took showing the expired date what’s on the croutons….besides that I left my phone there and when I called no one answered and I called about 5 times and still no answer…..if answer I believe I would have my phone…..so please do better when people call

Ordered through Door Dash. Delivery was estimated at 30-40min, but actually took over an hour (their own driver, 1.6 miles away) Wings seemed to have wrong sauce. (16pc order) Pizza was overcooked and not made to order – missing all 4 toppings on one of my pizzas. Tried to contact store and they don’t answer the phone … getting the Dominoes automated intro and then it rings and rings with no answer. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on the wing sauce (ordered honey BBQ, but wings came drizzled in a dark smoky BBQ). Reported the pizza issue to Doordash and received partial credit. A disappointing experience that I don’t care to repeat. I rather regret tipping in advance – shame on me, I guess.
