I usually don’t do this but i kinda felt like i had to. I ordered at the drive thru a grilled chicken sandwich just the sandwich. I pulled around and waited for it almost 15 minutes before it came out. My sandwich was hot and it tasted good but when someone waits 15 minutes for just a sandwich and you only have a 30 minute lunch it kinda sucks.

On March 7th, 2026, me and my sister were craving blizzards, so we ordered through the drive through and proceeded to wait a couple of minutes (which was not an issue), but in the time we sat there in our car, we witnessed a DISGUSTING HORROR! I was looking through the windows that displayed the entirety of the back kitchen and saw a bald man with a Mario bros shirt reach inside his butt to scratch it, where he then proceeded to grab fry containers at 7:01pm. I looked at my sister to see if she had witnessed what I had just seen, and we were both utterly shocked and distraught with the BALD MANS ACTIONS. EWWW!! CLEARLY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED MORE OFTEN BECAUSE EMPLOYEES BELIEVE THEY ARE ENTITLED TO IGNORING HEALTH REGULATIONS!!!!

This place is so slow, so unorganized, so dirty, and mostly just pitiful. I ordered one blizzard but was told they were out of the ingredients. So I ordered a different one. And it took 20 minutes to get it. The staff were taking out made food to the lobby that was meant for people in their cars, and food that was taking out to the parking lot came back in because they couldn’t figure out where it was supposed to go. And I’m sitting here watching all of it, waiting for a small blizzard. After 15 minutes someone asked me what I was waiting for. A 20 minute small blizzard apparently. Don’t come to this DQ. Your time is worth more.

The absolute slowest Dairy Queen EVER my 3 children and I waited 30. minutes for 4 orders of chilli cheese fried while customers who arrived after me received their food first ! Racism perhaps? Yet when I asked when our food would be out the cook shook her head aggravated and I was told the fries just came out a whole. 7 minutes late the order was ready never will I ever come back to this location ever again . Hands down the worst experience . And when I asked what was taking so long the manager came from around the back to yell at me in my face and when a customer asked what I ordered she commenced to continue to yell and order her employees to refund me

I waited to review this location because I really love Dairy Queen. Tonight was the final straw. I will never return to this location. Here is the rundown of my past 5 visits over the last 2 months…. any time we order food we are told to pull around and wait in the front and they will bring it out no matter if there are no cars behind us or if there are 3+ and there is always at least a 30 minute wait if it’s peak times or not. The food is never fantastic, it’s just mediocre at best but again I like DQ. Anyway..tonight We get there and we order food and it’s ready in under 5 minutes!!! I was excited! Granted I did have to repeat myself 5 times since like always their speaker is crappy and I asked for extra mayo on my chicken sandwich and they said it don’t come with mayo. I said can I add it to it? They said yes and I said ok extra mayo please and they remind me it doesn’t come with mayo. I guess the concept of asking for two things at once… add mayo and put extra… was beyond their comprehension because I got what could be described as a light smear on it only (pics included). Then…. I discovered why our food was so fast. It must have been cooked hours earlier because the chicken was hard and tasted burned and the cheese on the burger was solid and not even starting to melt as the patty was ice cold. The fries were like cardboard. We considered taking it back but I never want to risk someone spitting in my food so I just tossed it and we went to Nicky D’s out on 377. Go to the Burleson DQ as it’s much cleaner and the food is fresh and fast. I think the 5 star reviews are a fluke and maybe the 1 visit these reviewers took was like a lotto win and they managed to get good food.
