Ordered a pizza at about 11:15pm, paid online and no problem so far. Show up to pick it up at 11:35pm, the door is locked, both employees look RIGHT AT ME and ignore me despite my polite waving and knock. I call the hotline and it says my “pizza has been picked up” with the tracker just saying it’s complete, no one answers the phone. Long story short, I’m out $20 for a pizza that they probably never even made, and they closed early to basically not have to deal with customers. Absolutely pathetic.

Great pizza cooks! This location will be my go-to. The pies came out awesome and had just the right amount of toppings. The dough was flavorful and crisp. The other West Park Domino’s was terrible. I always had skimpy toppings & staff seemed used to complaints. But this Domino’s knows what their doing and have redeemed my thoughts about Domino’s Pizza. Keep up the great work! Saw the 1 Star reviews and hopefully they trained new hires and/or managers & delivery guy. I always order carry-out due to the fact that I’ve seen how people treat their cars and I don’t trust anyone else with my food. It’s my personal opinion. Also there are Domino’s locations that no longer are in business, but the Google search still spots these places “near you”. I’d call just to make sure they are still baking pies.

Ordered a pizza yesterday for my mother who lives in Hallandale Beach. The pizza came 25 minutes later. When we opened the box the pizza was burned, the cheese and bread were overcooked. Called the store a woman answered the phone i explained her my experience with their pizza. She was so rude and unprofessional. Told me that i had to bring the pizza back to the store. Unbelievable, i paid for delivery they are sending the worse pizza and i had to bring it back to them. I only wanted a new pizza. Anyway, without informing me she put the call on hold never answered the phone again. I tried to call the store and when she saw my number she didn’t pick up the phone. Not fair. Clearly the store manager is not teaching the employees. Lack of care for the customers. Domino’s Pizza reputation is sinking with this type of behavior. Will never order from you again.

Don’t order from this store. They put the wrong toppings on my pizza. I called the store, manager told me that he was sending out a new pizza with the correct toppings. Nobody showed. I called them back over an hour later and they said that they tried calling me and my phone went to voice-mail. Huge lie. Don’t order from this store.

My order was simple. But somehow, it was still messed up. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. But when I got home since none of the domino’s in my area deliver anymore, it had mushrooms,olives and pineapples. But the receipt was mine. How? I don’t know. But I had to go back and reorder and wait for my correct pizza. The staff was great in handling the issue. But while I waited for my pizza. I than saw someone pull up from what looked to be a delivery. But yet the website stated this location as well as all the other domino’s don’t deliver. Confused.

This place is TRASH! Not only was the wrong order brought to my car – which means I should be getting a FREE pizza which I didn’t! But an item in the “correct” order is still DEAD WRONG! Pizza for lunch, that’s what I had today, went to this location in Hallandale Beach for convenience and it paid off, placed the order fast, the cashier explained how the special of the day works making easy for me to order. I was told it might take up to 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready, in les than 15 I was coming out with my order hot out of the oven, pizza was well cooked a d the ingredients were fresh. Nice place for a weekend lunch.
