I went to pickup my pizza around 1:18 on 7/21/22. I had a curbside pickup. I sat at the window around 7 minutes and nobody came to give me my order so I had to park and go inside. A young boy finally came and gave me my order . I got to work and opened the box to find that he didn’t even attempt to cut the pizza. When I cut it myself and tried to eat it all the pepperonis fell off almost as though he forgot to add them to the pizza before he cooked it and just threw some on after it came out the oven. I eat here frequently and was very disappointed after this. I probably won’t be coming back for awhile. Forgetting a drink is one thing but how do you forget to cut an entire pizza , and why give me such a sloppy order at that ?

Went through picked up my order drive all the way home and it was completely wrong. I called back spoke with a car she admitted they gave out the wrong order. I asked if they could deliver she said no! I asked if the could remake the pizza so it’s not cold she got a very nasty additude!!! And said” all that isn’t necessary just come get your pizza”! I then asked for a refund and she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to refund my money or to give me a customer service number.

Look I ate it this place years ago and it was horrible. Literally got sick last time we ate here. However something said try them again. So I ordered half the store. Exaggerating of course but we had 3 pizzas, wings and cheesy bread. I ordered relatively late for us. Tracked my order and it was done before I got there. This younger guy came to the window and was so respectful I was shocked. I will tell you why I was shocked in a second. He got my order to me and thanked me for coming in and told me to have a good night. I got home everyone loved the food it was a home run. Now to why I was shocked I have been loyal to Papa John’s for years and then they started going south. Well last one I was it was like I was interrupting them to pick up my order. So I will help them by going somewhere else. Domino’s find out who your guy was and give him a raise.

Pizza order was expensive late and WRONG, especially as they make a point that it is inspected during preparation and before leaving the store. App is not in sync with the delivery and the “correction of points” or percent off next order left a bad taste in my mouth. 1 small pizza-Hawaiian with NO red peppers but ADD onions- and an order of bread poppers located 2 miles from the store took 40 minutes to deliver…not impressed. As you can CLEARLY see, LOTS of red peppers and like 4 pieces of onion.

Walk into store no prices on any menu items. Do y’all have price list pointed to pasta. Again asked do you have a price list one girl never looked up from whatever she was doing said no sir. I left immediately. No way I’m letting these people touch something I eat if they have that bad of an attitude

Okay I don’t really leave reviews all the time but this experience made me sad my kids were hungry I ordered two pizzas on the half off deal and lava cakes around 6:15. The first pizza and the lava cakes arrived at 7:55 and my pizza was cold and thrown around the box (the delivery girl was literally the only part of this experience that up to par) she went back to ask if I could get a discount and get the other pizza for me and when she can back an hour later she said the manager wanted me to pay full price (without the deal) with one of the pizzas free. I’m just not gonna get pizza here anymore. Moonspin is a little more pricey but they never disappoint. To the new delivery girl I hope you find job where you are appreciated and they take your voice seriously!

Ordered the $7.99 pizza with 3 items. The online let me order the 3 items but when picked up, it only had 2 of the items. Checked at the window and mentioned this, they said they were out of 1 item. I told them then you should have added extra of the items ordered to make up for the missing or taken it off the order choices so you can pick a different one. Otherwise, I always like their pizzas.
