Saw the bad reviews and ordered anyway . Glad I did . I am baffled why people are so salty .
I ordered a large pepperoni. Extra , extra , extra . (Cheese , Sauce , pepperoni ) for $9.99.
Four minutes after ordering I was notified it was ready . I went In expecting issues , like maybe a leftover pizza , but I was greeted by a friendly worker and my pizza was fresh and exactly as ordered .
I’m giving it 5 stars , not because it compares with a Mom and Pop pizzeria serving artisan pizza , but because it was right up there at the top of Dominos game .
As good a Dominos pizza as I’ve ever had and faster than a drive thru.
So good I ate half the pizza before taking a picture .

Experienced the worst service I’ve ever had tonight. I placed an order online and didn’t see the curbside option. I called the store and asked if I could edit the pickup method to curbside because that’s what I always choose. The associate very bluntly informed me she could not edit that. I asked if there was a way I could do it and she rudely again told me no. I explained I had 3 kids (1 being an infant and 2 toddlers) and could not carry everything back out to my car (especially being 30 degrees at night). I asked if I could just meet someone at the door and if not I’d need to cancel. She said “ok” and hung up on me. With her response, I had no idea if she was going to cancel my order or not. However, a couple seconds later, I received a cancellation text… I was already on the way. Her tone was extremely rude the entire time, didn’t offer one bit of help – I would have gladly met her at the door. I always order curbside and it’s never an issue. I’ve actually had this happen one other time and someone was so sweet to change the method with NO problem. Not the case with this individual. Domino’s was one of the few places in town where I didn’t have to go inside with all my kids to pick up. Will not be going back. I’m pretty sure this is the same lady that told me before I parked too far away and to park closer to the store (I was in the closest spot available)…

We ordered pizza from motel room they were very late so we got an email saying they messed up so we would get free pizza so we went next day to store but our phone would not pull it up (no service) so the girl being rude said she couldn’t help us. So we left without our free pizza. Plus pizza was worse order we ever had. Poorly made with thick crust and we like thin crust.

I have ordered dominoes for years. Never had a problem. I normally would rate it pretty high quality. This time was different. It was the absolute worst. Both large pizzas I ordered the dough was terrible. Some of the pizza breading was hard as a rock. Ive worked at pizza places before so has my partner(ACTUALLY AT DOMINOES) and the out come is from the dough sitting all day. It doesn’t cook right if its old dough. I called the store and spoke to a manager. And she said it was made to order which the pizza was but the dough was not at all. Super thin and harder than ever. After all these years I will never order dominoes again from this experience. All was offered was a $5.00 credit on a $40.00 order for the sad excuse of a pizza. The manager basically did not care at all like she knew it was going to happen. I will be taking any future business for pizza to little ceasars. Which at this point puts dominoes to SHAME from my experience. And I will make sure anyone I know doesnt order or go to dominoes. Complete waste of money.

This would be 0 stars if could !, Had to call the store because the stupid app kept canceling my order and this ain’t the 1st time more lime the 4th!! Finally got the order done and I told the lady yall should offer a free 2 liter or something because this is ridiculous!! And she just laughed and said I don’t think so ! In a smart tone! When the pizza FINALLY did get here the crust and pepperoni was so crispy my grandson s couldn’t even eat it and had to settle for a sandwich! Last time I ordered 125.00 worth of food, this time I only ordered 21.00 worth glad I did t repeat last order!! Will not be ordering again , obviously don’t care bout keeping long time customers!!!

This dominos won’t deliver to my street that’s only 2.2 miles away from their store and I think it’s some kind of profiling.
If this is an independent franchise the owner really needs to get in here and read all these one star reviews. Quite a few people have had the same issue as me and the establishment is 100% losing money because of it.

I hate ordering delivery from this store. Tonight it took over an hour and a half for delivery. Pizza was barely warm when it was delivered, dry with hardly any sauce and full of air bubbles and 2” of crust with nothing on it.

This location has canceled my online order on 3 separate occasions. I even tried calling and they told me to re input the order so she could accept it – cancelled a few moments later. Very frustrating. If you want their pizza call ahead and pick up.

Ordered pizza at 5:20. The app said it would be 20-30 minutes for delivery. My order was in “quality check” at 5:32. At 6:00 I told my husband we were still in quality check. He calls the store, and we are the “next” delivery order to go out in “20 minutes when the driver gets back.” We go to the store to pick up our order and get the delivery charge refunded.
We could have thrown a huge fit but I understand that things happen. HOWEVER, given that there were 4 people minimum in the store, don’t you think someone could have called to say “hey, we’re sorry but we are running behind on deliveries tonight, it’ll be an hour. If you want to pick up your food we’ll refund your delivery charge if you bring in your method of payment.” It’s called customer service. Do better, Dominos and this manager in particular.
