Was driving through this place with my Big Charter bus as the kids were at a museum.. and I stopped by and got the cheeseburger with onion rings.
The onions rings were HUGE and sooooo yummy they were very crispy and thats how I like them… prob a 2nd deep fry hehe but very good I must say..
The cheeseburger was good because it had a nice crunch to the bun but wasn’t dry which took me by surprise. Was worth the wait because after all I did come at lunch time.. hehe

Also, I thought the restroom was cool with the walls you can write on as they encourage it with dry erasers.. I guess it takes out the vandalism thats kinda hidden it you OUT!!!

What started as a bad tire and break down turned into a beautiful time. We stopped in here hoping for some semblance of food and it was incredible. Delicious burgers, shakes, and atmosphere. The owners/workers were fun, positive and hard working. So much so we came back for breakfast the next morning. When we drive back through, we will be stopping again!!! 10/10 recommend.

Since the change in ownership the food and service just hasn’t been the same. Never have hot fudge because apparently they “don’t make it” which was a snide remark. I’m finding a new place to stop on my way through town.

This is a great place to stop as you pass to Fort Sumner. They have good burgers, made fresh with french fries. Good prices and a good selection. The people are very nice.
