For my home experience, I will never ever ever in my whole life go back to this place. This is awful. Make me wait and order like 45 minutes. The screen says done 20 minutes ago. I asked them for my food three times and they all was looking each other and no one gave me my food. I am so mad that I just got home and I told the pizza on the trash I will not recommend this place to anybody. Or pizza from Domino’s Pizza I will never buy Domino’s Pizza in my whole life

The entire staff was cussing and talking vulgar at or around 8pm on 10/2/25. The pizza cutter, who was a little older with what looks like smokers facial hair, did several things. Let’s start with health code.
Health Code: touching ready to eat food to move it. Not swapping cutters for cutting reasons. No gloves for the ready to eat food. Outside him, don’t carry plastic containers of meat and cheese on top of raw dough.
Unprofessional: The pizza cutter told all the customers not to cross their arms and look at him and said “crossing your arms and staring won’t make it go faster” (or something extremely close to that). When a customer heard him and called him out that we were standing there and heard him, she asked him about it.. he never responded. The younger gentlemen up front handled it as well as he could. But the cutter kept cussing and blaming coworkers for whatever reason.
Personal opinion from running several pizza places at once: to the person who was rude and unprofessional, stop constantly pushing your food back into the oven and then complain how they are all coming out too fast and out of order. You did most of it. If you need help, then ask. Two or three people asked if you needed help and you denied all of them.
Being in this place for a pickup makes me want to stop ordering here. I fully understand about the pizza industry, as I started from a driver, to insider, to manager, to GM of several locations. But when has it been acceptable to call your customers and coworkers out like this? Not sure who the manager was as no one seemed to be in charge. I just hope someone sees this.

I wish I could give zero stars!! First off I’ve been ordering food from here for years mostly delivery but sometimes I just pickup and go. But today when I came to pickup my order I had to wait and as I was waiting I saw two people making food one with gloves one without gloves!
The man wearing NO GLOVES I believe he was the manger older white guy he’s a ginger with long hair and a full beard. NO HAIR NETS AND NO GLOVES HIS NAILS WERE BLACK AND DIRTY UNDERNEATH AND HIS HANDS WERE FILTHY IT LOOKS LIKE HE DOESN’T WASH HIS HANDS AT ALL!!!!
He said it’s not mandatory or required for them to wear gloves I told him when you make my food it is!!! This order was for my daughter and she didn’t want anything else so I made them remake everything with gloves on as I watched! Myself and another customer were upset and we were going back and forth with the guy about gloves and one of the delivery girls decided to say “he’s right you know we don’t have to wear gloves if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else, you know what call the police on them!”
This place is unprofessional unhygienic and dismissed of my requests and then another driver comes in and he said he’ll have them remake my order with gloves on. This is not about preference it’s about food safety and this experience was stressful and unacceptable!!!
When we order food we should be able to trust that our meals are prepared safely!! I urge management to review and enforce proper food handling procedures immediately!!!!

Don’t bother. You’ll never get your order and they’ll never pick up their phone. I can’t even ask for a refund. They attempted delivery at 11. A whole 4 hours after we ordered.

We always order carryout at this location everytime we crave for pizza. The people here are nice and happy. It looks like they get along so i don’t know what the negative comments are talking about. I’ve always have had good experience and plan to keep coming back here. Keep up the good job guys. I was late in taking photos of my pizza thats why it looks greasy but it tasted good, hot and fresh!
