I’ll give Domino’s a solid four stars. It’s not my absolute favorite pizza spot, but it gets the job done. The flavor is good, the crust is solid, and when it’s fresh and hot, it definitely hits the spot.
My only real complaint is consistency, especially with presentation. Sometimes the pizza looks perfect and well put together, and other times it looks rushed or like it shifted around in the box during delivery. That part can be hit or miss.
That said, the taste is usually there, delivery is convenient, and it’s a reliable option when you need something quick. Clean up the presentation consistency and it would easily be five stars.

Ordered a couple pizzas and they got made quick. After an hour of waiting to get the pizza delivered I finally called to see what was going on. Got told it was done but was gonna be another thirty minutes to be delivered. Thats an hour and a half sitting on the rack. Needless to say the order was canceled. This isnt the first time that they’ve done this and I’m done with this store.

If I could give them a zero i would. I ordered three small hand toss pizzas with extra original sauce and one five cheese mac and cheese. I received nothing I ordered the pizzas were dry as heck no garlic sauce on the crest at all and the mac and cheese was burnt and tasted like they used Alfredo sauce. The employee would not provide me with the manager phone number to call and refuse to remake the order. He was also walking around no hair net and his hair was long and the corn flour they use to stretch the doe was still sitting on the counter for flies to enjoy themselves. Never again. It was not about a refund but just wanted them to make my order correctly.

Stopped in for pizza on a weekday and had a really good experience. There was a small mix-up with one of the pizzas, so I waited a short time while they remade it. The manager was very friendly, handled it professionally, and even offered me a free 2-liter, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but the way they took care of it says a lot. I’ll definitely be back.

I called to switch my carry out order to delivery. Upon arriving home an hour and a half later, I realized my order was never delivered. I called to find out why. There was a misunderstanding. Our order was prepared fresh again and delivered. They offered to refund our money. I declined since it was an honest mistake. Food was hot and delicious!!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered a special deal from Dominos. It is like they gave me half the cheese and toppings. If Dominos runs a special deal, they need to make it as good as if it weren’t a deal. The pizzas have been better when I don’t get the deal.

The last time I ordered from here my whole order was stolen by the delivery guy. I got hassled when I called and said I never got my order. 3 hours later I got my pizza and still paid full price. Today I got charged for the boneless wings that I didn’t get. When I called they wouldn’t refund me said they where out of them and it’s my fault because I didn’t answer my phone. If you’re out then don’t charge me for them. The manager I spoke to was completely unprofessional. She wouldn’t give me her name, but you’ll know who she is when she blames you for everything this store does wrong.

I am surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I have a couple of other Domino’s near my house, but this one is on the way home from work. I always order from this one because the pizza is consistently better for some reason here than the other Dominoes.
