I go to Domino’s all over the country. This is hands down the worst. I have ordered 5 pizzas from them over the last month. About 1 in 10 are good. Most are made so sloppily they border on un-edible. Many arrive cool after long wait times for delivery. Do yourself a favor and order from a different store if possible.

Zero stars, 0 out of 10, do not recommend. We ordered 2 pizzas for $39 at 7:30pm they said it would be delivered by 7:50pm…. and we didn’t get them until 9:30pm and we are right around the corner from this location, what a shame. I called the manager and he had an bad attitude. I had to call them multiple times for a status update and they gave me the run around. Cancel this location!

I ordered a pizza and I waited over 3 hrs for it to be delivered. Once it was out for delivery we never received it, Had to go get something else for dinner. Tried to get a refund for being charged and not receiving anything, but I have yet to hear anything. So I would recommend to not go to to this location. Also our delivery driver was named Krista who was the one who never delivered our pizza.

Adding another to the string of bad experiences. Ordered a pizza at 1515, status said Jeff is preparing your order. Hour and a half later still preparing order and I’ve been on the phone holding for 45 minutes. I order Domino’s pizza a lot during my travels. I’ve even ordered from this store before and had an OK experience. This time convinced me not to order from here again. Not looking forward to the battle to get my refund for food I never got.

This is my third time ordering here gracefully. Each and every time, they take over an hr. In “Prep” for over 30 mins, no progression unless you call or go there physically and even then, it’s not good enough. Pizza was over cooked and super thin as if I ordered pizza thins!

My wife ordered pizza for us for dinner at 8pm, we live 5 minutes away… after over and hour and a half of waiting, when we called to check on the pizza we received HORRIBLE customer service and told the pizza was delivered, which it was not. When I went to the store to address the issue, again I was meet with HORRIBLE service and was told that my pizzas was delivered. When following up with the driver, the manager realized the pizza was not delivered after degrading me and claiming that I lied. Do not order from here.

My original review was 5 years ago which I did have a good interaction then. Fast forward to 4 months ago, since my last interaction with the crew. Service has taken a dramatic decline. I place an order online and it’s specified that it would take 45 mins for it to be received the notification that it was ready. I gave him an additional 45 mins just to make sure. I got the restaurant to pick up the order and the screen also stated that my order was ready. When I spoke with someone at the desk they ask if I was sure I placed the order for that store, which is alwaysdo being it’s the only Dominoes with 5miles. They stated the order was not ready and that it would be an additional 45 mins for it to be ready. They were rude and non-apologetic about the error. They need help and improvement.
