I now see why there’s two stars. Had to call 3 times to get a pickup. The person who made my pizza denied putting pepperoni on it. Instead of offering to correct the issue I have to now call another customer service line. Should’ve read reviews before ordering. (Ripped off my personal information).
As you can see it’s pepperoni’s all over what was supposed to be my dinner.
Edit 12/31/25: So I was told to call corporate. Corporate informs me y’all are locally owned. Therefore GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Y’all HAVE to be scammers at this location pocketing the money. This is disgusting behavior and I have time every day to leave a review the longer you hold my money. I called the store 5 times yesterday and got the dial tone. It must be an illness of some sort to act like this cause it’s definitely sick. It’s $17.99, give me my money back .

I would have gave this location more stars if the girl at the front counter didn’t hate her job so much. I’ve never been here before but came for the weekend carryout deal. I walked in and it looked like I was interrupting her scrolling on social media. Took her time to get my pizza and she j told her to have a nice day she just stared at me and sat back down and retuned to her phone. The lady that was there working by herself was named Akeela. At first the app said the food was ready, but we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. At first glance I thought she was being rude and poor customer service, then I realized no one else was in the store and she was LITERALLY working alone. She made at least a dozen items while my dad and I watched. She wasn’t talking to us AT ALL, just making orders. Finally ours came out and she STILL was making food while ringing us up. My only complaint is she didn’t communicate with us thoroughly; we just read the room and physical cues to understand the pressure she was under & she didn’t wear gloves but she may have washed her hands but I’m not sure. The delivery guy came in and she asked him why he took so long to return; only ONE delivery guy came in while we were there. I asked how long has she been there alone, she said since her shift started. This is sad and heartbreaking for people to have to work alone. Bless her heart and may she have lots of blessings headed her way. She deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!!

Just ordered from this location, had my son pick it up since he was passing by on the way home. Get it home and see that pizza that is soo undone. Called and told them to let them know the situation with my order and and I was told I would have to drive 25 minutes back in order for anything to be done, otherwise there is nothing at all they could do for me, who has that kind of time. So disappointing and dissatisfied. I’m Never ordering from here again.

I came to order a pizza and they wouldn’t even take my order. I stood in front of them for 10 minutes and asked twice, but they still wouldn’t take it. There weren’t any other customers. And the girl who was there was rude and had a bad attitude. It’s a shame because it’s very close to me and I’ve shopped there before.

I ordered a Brookie from this place, but the service was terrible. When I walked in, the older lady was all in her phone and didn’t even greet me. A light-skinned woman looked right at me but didn’t say anything. It wasn’t until the guy with the dreads greeted me that I felt any sense of welcome. I won’t be returning to this place because I dislike bad customer service.

I normally order and get food delivered from this particular location on a regular actually with no issues, until today at 5:00pm; when I placed an order via the app(Domino’s) and my delivery driver (Marecia) pulled up (6:07pm) and hit one of the sewer drain that’s by my driveway and her tire became flat; I met her at the end of my driveway so she can attend to the tire I put the food in house and came back out; she had pulled off. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I thought maybe it wasn’t that bad, needless to say a few hours later she pulled back up stated whom she was and I said oh ok you got your tire fixed she stayed yeah! Then about three minutes after she stated that she meant to collect the money from me for my food but she was in a hurry about her tire. I let her know I paid for my food and I have proof and she started yelling at me that I didn’t PAY and if she didn’t collect the money they are going to take it out of her check, I started yelling back that I have proof and I did pay for it and she was on the phone with one of her coworkers (Akilah) saying call the police! Now after this apparently they got it right but at this point….. That went to far and most definitely handled differently and I don’t appreciate it! I will taking this complaint as far as it can go. I called the store and (Akilah) stated she was just a (Shift Lead) and the General Manager told her to come to my address.

Recently placed an order and got my food undercooked. No biggie, called the store to let them know and was met with the rudest general manager who refused to identify herself by name. Her initial reaction to my saying ‘hey my bread bites are undercooked’ was ‘we don’t undercook anything ’. I told her I understand that but in this case mine came out undercooked. Everything else in the order came out great, but maybe the dough in the bread bites wasn’t kneaded enough or stretched enough. She continued to be verbally aggressive and abrasive telling me to bring the food to the store so she could see it for herself. Mind you, I ordered delivery since I’m unable to go pick it up. It all culminated in her continuing to argue with me and passing off the phone to a coworker when I told her it doesn’t make sense for me to go to the store or for her driver to pick up the food for her to then decide if she remakes it. What happens if she deems it ‘perfectly cooked’? The coworker apologized on her behalf and gave me a supposed credit.
Have been ordering from this Domino’s for quite some time and never had an experience like this. Won’t be ordering from them again. And to the rude islander sounding general manager, from one islander to another, it wasn’t personal and you gotta chill. Maybe customer service isn’t the field for you if that is how you carry yourself with a customer. And next time, properly identify yourself or give me an alternative contact above you since you truly believe you weren’t in the wrong.
That’s that and the undercooked food was trashed. Worst experience with this store and so disappointing cause it’s been our go to.
