So I planned to use my rewards as usual for a free or discounted pizza but basically I was scammed by Dominoes and the store in particular. I regularly order until I have 60+ points for a free item. Normally when claiming my ‘rewards’ I pay tax and a delivery fee.

Well its different now. Apparently the specialty pizza is no longer free and it costs $3 for the pizza along with the delivery fee and tax. This time it asked me for $3 and then rejected my request for delivery unless I added another $17.25 to the order. This is laughable.

I wanted one pizza and to redeem what I earned but the scam is that you’re going to pay over $20 no matter what. I called the store but they offered and then reneged on a ‘free’ pizza and told me to call corporate. I’m not doing that while hungry. I’m not conducting a trial. The store is literally in the richest area of Sandy Springs but they are scamming people. SMH.

I won’t be ordering from this store every again. Not because I can’t afford it but because Dominos’ word means nothing and they didn’t want to even honor the offer of a free pizza that they made to me in person on the phone.

Manager didn’t attempt to talk to me. Owner didn’t attempt to talk to me. They are all just scammers.

The first time I ordered here, my pizza was missing multiple toppings and it made me feel sick afterwards. Second time I ordered here, I arrived for pickup and I was told my pizza had to be remade because the dough was “stuck to the screen” which I assume is the metal tray it’s cooked on. I am a Dominos > Papa John’s guy, but I will not be ordering from here any more.

Starving but chick fil a is not open on Sundays and my baby has to eat. So I go in to order pizza and I was told it was 14.99 per large pizza for 1 topping and I order two. Tell me why it comes out as 36.70??? I had the same question so I asked and the worker let me know his manager said the cheese is the topping…… WHAT!!???
In what world is just cheese the topping that’s a base of a pizza NOT the toppings so I was charged extra for “more topping”….. Never coming back and don’t recommend anyone else to come here either.

Delivery absolutely terrible. We did not receive the correct toppings, my kids pizza was very very undercooked, did not revive the sauce cups we paid for, lava cakes came upside down and very burned. The only thing they did right was the salad that comes pre-made from a warehouse…..but the driver almost didn’t give us that, we had to ask where our salad was. Oh, and it took almost two hours for the delivery to arrive. Absolutely terrible experience. When we tried to file a complaint, we were offered 20 percent off of our next order. I do not want to ever order from this location again so I for sure don’t want 20 percent off. A refund would be nice since the employees are incapable of doing anything right, but the company doesn’t take any accountability
so…. seriously, do not order from here.

Edit: just ordered today and they messed up my pizza like it was still good quality but I hate paying for extra things and not getting it on my pizza and then still adding the parm sprinkle when it clearly says none like what if I had been allergic to it and then couldn’t eat it all it’s the little things. Hopefully next time it won’t happen

On 09/26/2025 at approximately 6:40pm I decided to stop into this dominos to get something quick to eat for me and my two children. I was told that my order would take 15-minutes. We went to the nearest gas station and returned a little over 15 minutes. When I went inside I was told by one employee that the pizza needed 5 more minutes I sat outside for an additional 10 minutes and went back inside to check if the pizza was ready.” And another employee told me one more minute. I informed the manager that my son was experiencing an illness and I would like a refund. The manager looked at me and said “You should be in the hospital, and your not getting a refund because you paid in cash and you might as well wait because your food will be done quicker than a refund that your not getting. To not escalate the situation any further I voiced my frustration with the managers remarks and as I was leaving I was called a derogatory racial slur which I choose not to repeat. I am African American I have never experienced racism and today was the day.

I’ve come three times- not one time has an order been right… or close to right… and 2/3 times it took 40 min longer than the end of the window on the app. This time it was ready but the pizza was completely not what we ordered.

I did an online order at specifically ask for no pineapples since I’m allergic to them. They did not take the pineapples off of my order. I called right after delivery and was told I’d get a refund or they can send someone out to replace my order with the correct order. I decided on a refund since it was already late. I never received my refund. I called multiple times since then and was told several times someone would get back to me. I even spoke with the general manager who told me he would call me back and yet still haven’t received a return call. This is really bad customer service and I shouldn’t have to keep calling to get my money back for food I had to throw away. I was being very understanding of the situation the three times I called but now I feel like they just hoped this would eventually go away. I’m not satisfied with the way my issue was handled.
