As the previous reviews stated it’s a hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s horrible. I could say, reading the reviews you could tell the owner could care less. I have not read a review that he/she responded to yet. The issue I had was from my visit back in December, my pizza was dry , no sauce very little cheese. I kindly asked if they could remake it. The cashier (a little boy) told me no, so I said ok if you don’t want to remake it please give me a refund. He said ok, I asked for a manager … the manager , Another young boy, comes up , bo may I help you, just stood there. So I proceeded to I tell him the issue, he didn’t offer to remake it or even try to correct his employee’s unprofessionalism He just responded “ok, I’ll give you the refund , one moment”. Confused because after I said all that no way that was his response. I said, “ok and just to confirm when an order is not up to the expectations of the customer you all could refuse to remake the order ? “ grant you I NEVER LEFT THE STORE. I came there to pick my order up and immediately looked in the boxes before leaving the counter…He whispered as if he was afraid to go against his employee, “no we must remake it” I said ok , well I just told you that your employee looked me right in my face and refused. He stared at me blankly, My husband and I looked at each other and just shook our head because at this point we’re getting no where.
This little boy is too soft spoken, obviously young , timid and afraid of his leadership role as a manager. I don’t even know how he got that position if I’m being honest. Employees are going to be employees but as a MANAGER, you deescalate and correct the issue. You apologize especially when your employee is who is in the wrong. I got none of that,

Anyways, do you know my refund never came? I never left the store. I never got my order. They act like the refunded me and didn’t give me a receipt and when I asked for one they gave me a receipt that didn’t say “refund on it” I asked him why it didn’t say refund he said their system doesn’t print receipts that say that but he could assure me my refund will be processed in a few business days . This was in December . It’s January. They never sent the refund. I even called corporate. They told me they’ll escalate it to the franchise owner . That was SEVERAL days ago, the franchise owner never reached out neither. So I’ll just dispute it with my bank and make sure my family and I don’t return.

I placed my order at 10:09 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 10:54 p.m. Upon the driver’s arrival, I observed her remain parked in front of my residence for approximately five minutes before departing without completing the delivery. Consequently, I did not receive my order.

I contacted the store for clarification and was met with further frustration. My initial calls were answered and abruptly disconnected three separate times. When I was finally able to speak with an employee, he appeared dismissive and informed me that the driver had been unable to reach me and that the store was no longer accepting orders despite the posted closing time of midnight.

It is worth noting that my residence is a single family home, not an apartment complex, which raises additional questions as to why contact would have been necessary to complete a straightforward delivery. Furthermore, when I attempted to place a new order, it was promptly canceled.

Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and reflected a clear lack of professionalism and customer service.

This location is hit or miss. We typically order delivery (the only pizza store that delivers to my area outside of food delivery apps- CONVENIENCE). Sometimes you get your order quickly, sometimes not at all. Sometimes your pizza is perfect, sometimes it’s burnt. Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes they don’t. If you decide to pickup your order and request that they bring it to the car, sometimes they will bring it to you, sometimes they will just stare at you through the window. I placed a Online order to be delivered to my grandsons house a item was left off, the driver said called the store. I called and manager Tee told me should would take care of it. Leaving my grandson home on my way home I stopped by this location and talked to manager Tee, and she did what she said she was going to do. This is the worst Dominoes in Atlanta. They never get the order right. Its either missing items or completely wrong. The delivery team takes forever. Order carryout so you can hold them accountable for the terrible quality of pizza they serve. The 1st pizza is half burnt, the second pizza has barely any bacon and the third pizza is a cheese pizza but there is green stuff on it.

Horrible experience each time from this location, I will never be coming back and I am reporting the location to the better business bureau, the last driver was rude as hell. This time said my order was delivered and never was. I’ve called multiple times and got voicemail eachtime, you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves. And, this location needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

Update: after calling 13xs see screenshot, I finally got an answer, only for the guy to say oh I went there and rang doorbell, no one answered. I said that’s a lie, there is two people here. He said no one answered, I repeated the address and he says, “yeah that one” and proceeds to say “the white one” I said no it’s a brick house next door, so you didn’t bother to look at the address. He proceeds to say, “ we will remake and bring back out to you” I said, well are you going to throw anything in for compensation and inconvenience.” He said, “No”. I said, “thanks have a good day.” It be your own people for one, two horrible business practice and standard, he had no remorse for his stupidity when all he had to do was CALL, as I’m sure he has a cell phone and when he even ask to look up my order my number was the first thing he asked for… please get it together. @Dominios corporate needs to get involved.

Worst delivery service ever. It often takes 45+ minutes for them to deliver when i live 10 minutes away. Just ordered delivery and the delivery claimed they couldnt find my house and instead drive around to do other deliveries for an hour. They then took the pizza back to dominoes and I never received my order. Genuinely the stupidest thing ever.

Terrible experience! I was notified my order was done at 704. Then I was told it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. I go in to check in on it and now they are saying they need another 15 minutes to remake it. Remake it for what I asked? They said we don’t have to remake it. We just need to start on a new one that’ll take 15 minutes. None of this makes sense at all. I won’t be back here at all!

Ordered a 3 pizzas. Waited over 2hrs before I hear a doorbell ring. By the time I came downstairs and open the door and this is what I see. Thankfully I had a package there because they would have likely left it on the ground. They have the worst attitude and service. I called the store and waited to speak with someone, after 15 minutes they picked up the phone and immediately hung it up in my face. No hello no anything.
