Thoroughly disappointed. A couple of the employees were nice, couple of them were not. I came in at about 11:00 p.m. on Monday evening. The couple that I was greeted by when I entered were hospitable and didn’t rush me. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. After about 10 minutes, I heard one say, uh-oh did I burn it…. no it’s just a little crispy. Personally not a major fan of crispy, but hey, I’m a cook as well, so I understand shit happens. Sometimes you can still serve your slight mishap, sometimes you can’t. Then I got my order. Maybe they misread the recipe or menu and thought it said 16 pence garlic bites? Because what I got in my box looked like coins. It reminded of the 90s fad, POGS. I asked one of the other couple employees for a bag, he looked a little offended. Then I asked him if the garlic bites were supposed to look like that. He looked even more offended. He responded, they just came out like that, I guess. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ I guess I won’t be back to this location

Absolutely the slowest delivery I have ever experienced in my life. Watch the driver come within 2 blocks and turn around just continue to add time to my delivery. Ordered at 11:32pm and it is 2:02am and not be delivered. Offered a free pizza for my order of 2 pizzas and a drink. Avoid this location at all cost!!!!!!

Domino’s: You’re dead to me!
If I could give a negative star I would. I paid for four large New York style pizzas. What showed up were four medium pizzas crammed into large boxes. Not one mistake. All four. The pies were not even cut. Lukewarm on arrival.
This is not a one off. I order every Wednesday for my class. Every week there is a problem. Buffalo Chicken without buffalo sauce. Meatzza without bacon. I complain. Nothing changes. The manager shrugs. No urgency. No ownership.
Call it what it feels like to a paying customer: shorting the order and hoping I do not notice. At minimum it is careless. At worst it feels deceptive.
Fix the basics now. Deliver the size I paid for. Cut the pies. Serve them hot. Put buffalo sauce on Buffalo Chicken. Put bacon on Meatzza. Check every box before it leaves. Until then, my weekly order is gone.

This place deserves a zero… order placed at 7:07pm via app and acknowledged from store by email. Estimate for delivery was 59-74 minutes. When the app showed the driver within 3 minutes of my location (Marriott Marquis downtown), I went down to lobby to meet driver. At 8:51pm the app showed my food delivered…. except it wasn’t. A few minutes later I called the store. They said give it 5 to 10 minutes more. I called again 25 minutes later still looking for my delivery. There was lots of talk in the background and then the actual driver gets on the phone and says he dropped it the front desk 10 minutes ago. I asked the hotel security and concierge if anyone has seen Dominos. Nobody has. Then, I ask if he dropped off at the Marriott. Oops…. he dropped it off across the street at the Hyatt. The instructions on my order ticket clearly show that I was at the Marriott and to call me when arriving (driver did not do that). The instructions also show that I requested a fork (did not get) and napkins (also did not get). All told, after walking to another hotel and getting my now-cold food it was pushing 2 and a half hours for “delivery”. The driver clearly did not read ANY of the delivery instructions. Frankly, I feel this store owes me a refund of the 25% percent tip I selected when I placed the order and the price of the food.

I’m shocked this place is still in business. We placed an order at 6:20pm and 3 hours later, it still hadn’t been sent out for delivery. In between that time, I attempted to call the store no less than half a dozen times, but no one ever picked up. Some family members decided to drive over there, but the door was locked. They got the attention of some woman who works there, who finally opened the door. When asked where our order was she casually pointed to it on a shelf. She said she absolutely would not be remaking it. She said she’d issue a refund and that we could take the food, otherwise she was going to trash it. Not surprisingly, the phone was constantly ringing in the store and no one ever answered it. Don’t give this place your business unless you want hours of grief, or to simply throw your money down a rat hole.

Do NOT order from this location. We ordered at 6:54 and it said 31-45 minutes. Not a problem, especially not on a concert night when you’re staying 5 minutes from the arena. Did we get our order in 45? Nope. An hour? Nope. TWO HOURS LATER. Get a call from the delivery driver and he said he was “close to the main entrance”. He said he didn’t want to drive all the way to it because there was traffic and “a big truck doing something”. He wanted us to walk outside and get the pizza from him. It was raining and we had our 2 year old who was hungry and grumpy after traveling all day. I had to ask him to bring the pizza into the lobby. Met him in the lobby and got nothing but the scent of cigarettes. No biggie, he’s a smoker. Got in the elevator and the smell was just as bad. The pizza and bag with the drink smelled like cigarettes. Not just maybe he smoked one on the way, but dude had to have been smoking like a freight train while he was making his deliveries. Tried to call the store multiple times and nobody would answer. On the last attempt, someone picked up, you could hear them laughing and talking and then they hung up. Good luck getting through to anybody with customer support. Nothing but AI repeating itself and adding more irritation to an already infuriating experience.

Yesterday, I had an order with Domino’s, where I placed it at 6:22 PM. The pizza arrived at 8:20—after more than two hours. I had separately ordered barbecue sauce, but when the pizza came, they told me the sauce was expired and wasn’t included. I took the pizza anyway, even though it wasn’t exactly as ordered, but I never got a refund for the sauce. Today, I decided to order pasta and a salad. The delivery took 40 minutes, and when it arrived, the salad didn’t have dressing. I called them, and they said they would bring it, but after 30 more minutes, nothing arrived, and no one called back. Please, if the company can respond, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Can I give them 0 stars? I never received my pizza delivery. When I called the driver, she answered and hung up when she realized I was the customer waiting for the pizza. After that, she stopped answering her mobile phone. I called the store, and the recording says my order was delivered. I’ve been on hold over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a live person. They should just close the doors.

We ordered a pizza at 12:00am. They closed at 1. The delivery time before I placed the order said 30 minutes. Once order was placed the delivery time jumped to 3 hours. Then 5 hours. 5 people are without food tonight after a full day of competitive cheerleading. I will be getting my money back tomorrow after I wake up because who wants to eat pizza at 5 am. Photos attached to show timeline. I called the store multiple times to get get a recording that the store was closed when in fact it wasn’t while I had called.

After the Peach Bowl football game, we placed a delivery order at 1:38am. The restaurant said they were accepting orders until 1:39am. My order was accepted and confirmed, and the tracker said the order was being prepped. Then the tracker never updated beyond that.
I was getting concerned, so I called the restaurant at 1:53am to check on the order. It said it would be out the door in 14 minutes, but I couldn’t get anyone in the phone. I tried to call again at 2:04am but the phones said the location was closed. The order never showed up, so we went to bed at 2:15am.
Later, I received an email at 4am saying my order was cancelled.
This service and communication was absolutely ridiculous.
