5 year customer of this location. Consistent in fresh food and good service. They employees work hard to deliver quality food and its appreciated. Even when they miss the 2 min mark it’s never bad service. The new tutor tots are really good.

Got a special price on a large spinach pizza. I order it with Alfredo sauce. I get the thin crust, but tell them to bake it for half the time so the crust is not hard. When they see my name come across the online order, they know just how I like it. I had some leftover sautéed mushrooms and added them. Delicious.

Service is always fast and friendly. On my last visit, I paid inside and was told the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. I left to go to the gas station and came back. When I got out of my vehicle, I saw an employee coming towards me with my pizzas. This was a nice surprise and an example of going beyond what I expected. Great customer service!

Nicole took it upon herself to charge me for a cookie brownie instead of a lava cake and had the nerve to have an attitude when I called for a refund after waiting on hold for 30 mins. Also, she didn’t know the delivery driver had her on speaker phone and she basically tried to make it seem like I was going to steal the pizza when I already paid for it online! I only wanted a refund for the Lava Cake that they didn’t even have in stock. She also didn’t let me tip the driver with my card after she cancelled the original order that had the tip. Unprofessional. If you are sold out of something, just refund the customer instead of giving them a replacement they didn’t ask for. I won’t be ordering from this location again. These people really tried to charge me for something that wasn’t even on my original order. Employees are either lazy or scamming. Training needed.

If there’s a review you should listen to; its this one. I go every Friday every week and the pizza is usually good, however as of late they have been understaffed, and preordering 30 mins beforehand does not save you from waiting near an hour for them to make some pizzas. The estimated time of completion is not accurate, and I was waiting around an hour for my food to be done. Many others faced the same. The last Friday I went; this happened once more and the pizza was not even 1 hour wait time worthy. Cashiers are typically polite though. Pizza is okay. Wings are bad. Please go to 7 star instead down the street for wings. Get more staff or fix your estimated time of completion.

The order took over an hour to get to my address. I called multiple times before the hour mark to cancel the order and was not able to get through. The driver called and said he knocked on the garage door and when there was no answer…he took executive action and left our pizzas in the garage on top of a deep freezer that we were going to discard! Instead of ringing the front door bell! The porch light was on and the side walk was lighted for him to see. This is absolutely unacceptable! We are not animals. You wouldn’t leave your mothers food on an old deep freezer in a cold garage.

I usually have a good experience here, as long as I pick up my order, everything is usually ready on time and the food is prepared without issue. I worked late so today, I ordered delivery. I waited until 9ish to order and it took me some time to get the order correct but the delivery was promised within 50 minutes. It took about 65, which I have no problem with, It’s a Friday night, I’ve worked in food delivery so I understand the demand. What I don’t understand is the cook, knowing the demand yet preparing my pizza and allowing it to sit on the counter for 40 minutes until the driver was able to return and select my order for delivery. Time management with issues like delivery drivers is very pertinent to keeping a customer happy with quality food. No telling what happened in the 40 minutes my pizzas sat there, and the boxes are riddled with grease to further support the theory that Danielle isn’t to wise with the best process to ensure a fresh order. Do better guys, I like this location but it shouldn’t be filtered.
