Orders are NEVER correct and they NEVER want to take the blame, always an excuse and would rather give you a refund instead of remake one pizza. Tried calling and waited so long at each time I was hung up on. I ordered chicken on my pizza and there we 11 little chunks on a whole large pizza. This food is not fit for dogs. Employees could care less if you ever come back, they don’t acknowledge you even stepping in the door, they’d rather not be bothered because apparently smoking is more important than the customer. I will NEVER come back to this CHAIN ever again. Also, they need a full course on how to cut a pizza because apparently that’s like rocket science and super duper complicated to accomplish.

My pizza order was perfect! I I normally feel the need to add extra sauce so I ordered extra sauce on the side. My previous orders it seems like there have been more skimping on the toppings and sauce but today everything was perfect! a I called and I notified the management. So you guys keep up the good work because I order from here quite often. My only issue is I had to come out in my robe and get the pizza from the delivery driver.

This is for the Bankhead Hwy in Carrollton. Ordered pizza and 2 of them were made wrong. Only asked for them to be fixed. Didn’t want money back. The guy refused and was laughing about it. Even touched the original pizzas with his bare hands, so now I’m out of the pizzas and the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AS LONG AS HE IS THE ONE WORKING.

Places an order for delivery at 8:40. The tracker said 30-40 min ETA for delivery. After 1 hour I called the store multiple times, but no one answered.
At 10:15 I decided to drive to the store because the tracker was stuck on “quality check”.
I got my order refunded…despite the fact we order from this dominoes frequently, We will be using their other locations. This is the 3rd time this type of service has happen and the fact the people working don’t consider to call customers and let them know there’s a delay is mind boggling.
Didn’t even want the food anymore since it was near 10:30 – and the food was for my kids (for Halloween) – and ended up making them

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Pizza has always been fresh and hot. Always had plenty of toppings. There side are delicious. Three employees here are always nice and well mannered. I really enjoy coming here. And if you use the app you can cash in on free stuff, I do this very frequently. Highly recommend.

Haven’t had Domino’s in about a year or so. Saw a recent special online and decided to order. The Carrollton location was very friendly and quick. I went in and the team did a great job and the pizza was delicious. Thank you and we will be ordering again soon

I wouldn’t feed this burnt up trash to my dog let alone to humans. As you can see I was on hold to them for 41 minutes trying to talk to someone to make my food right.no one ever answered. I only hung up because I was standing in the building and it only took me 8 minutes to drive there. They do not know how to follow directions…. They were asked to cut my pizza in pie slices and as you can see it was cut in squares. The dessert was overcooked as well! Do not eat at or from the Domino’s on Bankhead Highway in Carrollton it is bad use of your good money.
