I ordered off a food service app and they clearly didn’t even begin making the pizza until I called 30 minutes later. They then sent it out 30 minutes after that with a driver who drove past my neighborhood and up into the next town. Well over an hour later I call back and plead for them to just remake it and I will pick up. They said sure, it would be ready in 10. I show up 8 minutes later prepared to wait for the fresh pizzas, but all they did was make me wait for the delivery driver to come back with the room temp pizza. They marked it “delivered” before I even got in my car to the shop, so they got tipped for essentially making me go to the store myself. He kept asking how he could make it better but I already told him I just wanted new pizzas that were not cold. I got two water bottles shoved on me despite saying no to drinks several times. Super uncomfortable and not professional.
So yeah, perhaps try a different dominos where they wont rip you off and make you uncomfortable.

Ordered for an easy Friday night meal. I did order curbside, and it was ready in under 20 minutes. My order was promptly brought out. I ordered one medium pizza with five toppings. Half was black olive and feta, the other half was onion, jalapeno and banana pepper. This was also the “handmade pan” crust. As you can see, I ended up with no crust and no jalapeños. The parmesan bread bites were good. For future reference, check your order before you leave.

I have a severe allergy to anything tomato and this is the second time this week I have been served pizzas with tomato sauce. This will also be the second time I have to go to an urgent care after work to make sure I am gonna be alright.
Do not come here. If you value your safety stay away from this location.

The manager with glasses is very rude. My pizza came out well done and I asked her to remake it and she said no because their oven is too hot. WELL TURN THE OVEN DOWN OR TAKE THEM OIT EARLY!!! That’s not my problem as a customer and she also refused to give me a credit or refund me. I will not be coming to this location ever again. The district manager needs to overhaul this store!!! Don’t waste your time or money coming to this one. The one by Walmart is 100000 times better.

Very poor customer service, I order pizza when I went to pick up my food , I again added wings , they told me it will take 10 min and I waited for 30 min ,my wings didn’t show up. When I checked with the server there she don’t find my order and she don’t know how to handle the situation. I left there without wings and ask them to cancel the order . They are telling me I need to wait till tomorrow to resolve this issue.when I can back home opened my pizza they forget to make them into slices.they need to more professional…

No improvement, actually might be worse. Fist time ordering in a long time because of how bad our last pizza was and it’s still bad. All the pizza was overdone and burned around the edges and random onions on pizza that didn’t have onions. You can tell these employees are disgruntled or just not managed well.

Not only were they the only dominos within 10 miles that was actually open during the time they said. William was just amazing and super nice! 10/10 customer service! Pizza was amazing! 10/10 will order from this location again!

Ordered two pizzas. One with extra cheese, ham, and no sauce. It came out like the picture shows. A little less than half the pizza had NOTHING ON IT. Really? The other one came out fine looking but the sauce tasted poor and it was over done. So much for the “Quality check”. I guess it’s back to Papa John’s!

I ordered pizza last night was given a 35-40 min delivery time, that was fine until it turned into a 1 1/2 wait and when I called to cancel she said she was sending out driver. When pizza was delivered it was burnt with so much sauce you couldn’t eat it. I called and spoke with “TODD” if that was even his name because he didn’t even want me to give me his name. He refused to do anything about the order even when I offered to bring the pizza back! Don’t even see how he made it to manager with that attitude!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I called to ask about why my delivery was taking so long. I was told 35-45 mins originally. Instead, my pizza sat there getting cold for a half hour. I called and was given an excuse about not having drivers. Instead of offering something for the mishap, I was told, “You’ll get your pizza when you get your pizza.” Amazing handling by Domino’s…. Customer service is gone nowadays. Delivery driver was very friendly, though, and definitely not their fault.
