The most inconsistent Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. Moved near this location 6 months ago so we often order here. I don’t expect much from Domino’s in general but the ratings here are justified. More than half of the time, the pizza is terribly put together. Either not enough cheese coverage leading to empty dry spots and/or not enough toppings. To have a pepperoni pizza slice with literally no pepperoni on it is absurd. Today was the last straw. 4 out of 5 items ordered were complete garbage/trash. 2 pastas with the least amount of sauce I’ve ever seen resulting in hard/dried pasta and 2 pan pizzas with all the cheese centered in the middle leaving a 4-5 inch circle of crust. My question is how do you watch this come out the oven and think it’s any good? Are there no standards? Do you know what a pizza is supposed to look like?! Do you know how to put sauce on pasta? What a waste of money.

Constantly over hour late delivery’s when I live only 5 minutes from their store, every single time I have ordered the food either shows up cold, the wrong order entirely, and every time there are items I have paid for missing. Any time I have addressed these issues with the store I’m met with apathy and rudeness. I have worked in multiple different pizza restaurants including dominos and this level of incompetence should be studied by science. These people should not be in the work force especially in the food industry. In my opinion this store should be closed and all employees terminated and black listed.

Very bad experience with dominos- i ordered chicken jalapeño’s pizza large and they gave me chicken sausages pizza. We only eat chicken no other meat. Also i ordered 8 chicken wings they gave me 7 and when i called the location the lady said we cannot do anything about this now.

This is what my Italian sausage and beef pasta with marinara sauce looked like once I opened it up. It was horribly prepared.
They literally put noodles in a pan and put some sauce on top with some sprinkled meat.
I saw an employee go to the window handle money, the register, and scratch his head with no gloves. Then proceed to put toppings on someone pizza order.
Update:
I tried this location again hoping for a better turn out. The pasta was even more horrible this time. You can tell by the last 3 pictures that the sauce was so clumpy thay it was t even covering all the noodles

I drive all the way from Loganville to pick up from this location because it’s usually delicious. Well tonight my “hand tossed”
crusts are beyond THIN AND CLEARY THEY THOUGHT I SAID LIGHT SAUCE, because there’s barely any on BOTH PIZZAS. Barely any garlic seasoning on the crust. I called back and the Manager sounded like he could not care any LESS, “all I can do is put a free remake under your phone number.” He went on to add that “They didn’t come out of the oven like that so I don’t know what to tell you.” No apology. No offer to remake BOTH pizzas tonight although I wouldn’t drive all the back again tonight. Very disappointed. I will be calling corporate tomorrow, this is beyond ridiculous !!

Order food Friday night. Noticed hair while eating. Dismissed it initially assuming it belong my daughter or me however my hair is braided. Had a busy weekend didn’t eat anymore until today for breakfast. Upon warming up and breaking in half to eat. Noticed hair again and knew it wasn’t mine because my hair was covered up. Called first time. Lady was rude and didn’t even let me speak. Called back to speak to manager wanted to offer food instead of refund. I’m disgusted and will never eat there again when I had that much hair in my food. Had a lot left over and threw it all out. Makes me fell it was intentionally done and I don’t even know why. Just mean and rude for no reason. Not to mention my last order was pickup and the girl in the back was yelling, arguing and using profanity to another customer. Will never order here again.

Both my partner and I have placed orders with this establishment only to be severely disappointed with the outcome nearly everytime. We don’t live very far from this location, but we are without operational vehicles at this point in time. So ordering delivery is what works for us. That being said, it has taken our food well over and hour to arrive on multiple occasions. This location is constantly understaffed. The food rarely arrives hot or even all that warm. It tastes good, sure, but its not really worth waiting this long to get a little dinner. I’m waiting for a pizza at this very moment, and it’s been 60 MINUTES since they took it out of the oven for the “quality check”.
Update: We finally got our pizza. We ordered it at 5:25pm and it finally arrived at 7:00pm… from a store that’s 3 miles away…
