Ordered for delivery, only live 2 minutes away and it arrived cold. Pizza crust was not risen. The wing size and squirts of buffalo sauce on the wings was pathetic. One of them was smaller than my pinky finger with the rest being smaller than all my fingers. Dominos should use this photo of my wings if they want to accurately portray what they are serving for bufffalo wings

Our delivery driver Jonathan was extremely nice and delivered our food with care. We order from here all the time, but he stood out as outgoing, understanding, and happy to do his job. Never had someone deliver food that stood out so much. He’s definitely an amazing asset for Dominos. I hope to see him again in the future!

I placed an order for delivery for my sales team of 3 large pizzas and 2 subs at 12:20pm. After watching the tracker and seeing it only said prep for about 45 minutes, I tried to call the store. The guy answered, said it was really busy, and immediately put me on hold. I waited for a long time and hung up, deciding to give them another 30 minutes or so. I tried to call back at 1:30pm to get an update and once again he put me immediately on hold. So I decided to drive to the store at 1:50pm, even though my own store was very busy which is why we ordered lunch delivery. Upon arrival, one person was sitting on the back counter eating pizza, playing on his phone. The other person stated he was in the process of making my order then. There was one other customer in the store and literally nothing else happening at all. I still do not know why my order was so delayed and will no longer be ordering from this location due to the lack of professionalism or communication. I understand when it’s a busy day, but you still have to handle business correctly!!

Ordered pizza at 6:03, out of oven at 6:15. Arrived at 7:15 incomplete, COLD, DRY. Tried to contact store and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Why do we put up with service like this? My family and I placed an order at this location 1007 Alpharetta St.Roswell GA, and waited over two hours for delivery. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with an employee whose behavior was unprofessional hostile and shockingly rude.
The employee, first accused us of not having an order on file. After finally locating the details, he proceeded to unilaterally cancel the order and then hung up on me, stating, “I have no time for this.” I attempted to call back immediately but received the same hostile response.
This entire interaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. My family and I were left without dinner and are truly shocked by the aggressive and dismissive attitude of the staff. An employee who treats customers this way should not be in a customer-facing role. Here we come Pizza Hut…

I’ve made three delivery orders this past week and only one was delivered. They lied and said that the first was otw when it was never made. The second one I ordered for delivery and they changed it to pickup. This is incredibly unprofessional and no one is offering any solutions. If you don’t want to starve, never order from here. Horrible management. Fix your store or shut it down because you obviously don’t know how to run it. Sick and tired of it. My “driver” was DARIEN.
