I’ve been coming to this location for nearly three years only because it’s the closest one, and every single visit reminds me why I should’ve stopped coming long ago. The customer service here is consistently terrible—so terrible that when someone is even mildly polite, it feels like a miracle.
The night manager, in particular, is the biggest reason this location has lost my business permanently. She is unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude every time I’ve interacted with her—on the phone and in person. Her attitude is consistently hostile, she argues over the smallest things, and she shows zero interest in actually resolving issues or treating customers with basic respect. It’s honestly astonishing that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is allowed to manage anything, let alone a customer-facing environment.
The saddest part? The food itself is good. But the service and the atmosphere drag the entire experience down to the lowest possible level. At this point, there are plenty of nearby stores that treat customers like human beings AND deliver the same-quality food, and I’d strongly suggest anyone reading this try those instead.
To this location:
If you care at all about your reputation, hire staff—especially management—who actually understand customer service, basic communication, and how to treat people with decency. Until then, you’ve permanently lost a long-time customer.
Edit: The distribution and amount of toppings were really disappointing. We ended up with just a few pieces of chicken and almost no bacon in the center of the pizza, which really affected the overall experience.

“Bussin’ every time!!!” – what my children will say. This location always deliver, literally and figuratively! As a mother who works 24/7 in healthcare and father who travels for work, this location never failed us. Our order has always came accurate, hot, fresh and respectfully. So true that I will order a pizza for each of my colleagues at work to show them that Domino’s pizza hits every time!

I called because they did not deliver all my food.The manager cussed at me and hung up on me! This dominos has the worst customer service, and I will not be ordering from them anymore. It was an awful experience, I am 62 years old! The manager should be fired! That was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Atmosphere: Could be cleaner. There have been moments when there’s employees without hair nets making pizza.
Ordering: When ordering online, they might make a mistake and if you correct them they will get upset as if you’re responsible. They don’t want to remake it and can’t read their own receipts sometimes.
Price: Regular, nothing surprising.
Ordering to call: Sometimes they will hang up on you after you were asked to wait.

I ordered a carryout large pizza. It was ready in 10 minutes. My family and I have dislike pizza because we have tried so many different places and they were always so bad. The dough would be chewy and old. But after we ate Domino’s, it made us love pizza again. The dough was so fresh and the green peppers were also fresh. 10 out of 10.

If I could I would give you 0 stars, they delivered my pizza with a piece of cardboard inside the melted cheese, luckily I opened it right there and realized inside the store, the “employee” who made the pizza tells me “so what? the box is made of cardboard” did she expect me to eat the pizza with cardboard and cheese? I asked for a new pizza to be made, but seeing the aggressiveness of that woman and her work incompetence, I decided to leave and throw away what I couldn’t eat because of the cardboard stuck to the cheese. 0 recommended. When I showed up to the store same story excuses and for sure her mouth keeps yapping not recommending it to anyone to order from here. Ordered two pizzas online one hand tossed and the other thin crust. First the associate calls saying they are out of onions I changed second topping to feta cheese. When I reached the store the cashier rang up my order and I gave a tip. When she opened the boxes I explained to her that I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed. She immediately said we can make it over. The associate in the back rudely threw the pizza pan down on the counter and said I’ll make it again but next time I’m going to have to charge you for another pizza. Shocked at this reaction I definitely didnt want her making me another pizza. I told the cashier don’t worry about it. I left the store unsatisfied. Got back to my car where my phone was charging. I looked up my order to verify I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed. Which I did. Will never spend my money here again. Rude unprofessional and it ruined my evening I had to get dinner from somewhere else. I always order from this dominoes never in countered such poor customer service. The associate acted as if I made a mistake but in reality she did. Awful service
