Staying in Hilton Head and placed an order for delivery without any issues on first order. Had additional guest come to visit and we placed a second order. They charged my card but after 3 hours no pizza. Tried calling several times w no luck, just keeps you on hold forever. Tried tracking pizza..nothing. Very disappointed paying fully w no pizza.

This review doesn’t deserve a star! We ordered for delivery. As soon as we gave our card information, the call disconnected AND my bank emailed suspicious activity. “Here we go right!” We called back and someone hung up the phone… called back several times with no answer. We never received our food or a call back. Please don’t waste your money or time here. I don’t write reviews but this experience was totally unacceptable! I will send this feedback to corporate! Domino’s is our go for pizza but this store need’s better management!

I called in my order over the telephone because the location on Hilton Head does not allow you to order online. They took my order, took my card information over the phone to pay for the food. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I hung up at 9:38pm. I was at the location at 9:58pm. The sign said they were open late as it was Saturday. The lobby was locked. When they finally let me in I told them my name and order number. After several conversations amongst the employees and several checks of the orders on their shelf and after order 145 picked up their order I was told my order #144 was cancelled. I was utterly confused. I explained I had ordered 20 minutes earlier. They had no explanation. I asked for my money back and was told my card would be refunded in 2-3 days. I asked who canceled my order and they had no response. They took my order, took my money but mysteriously canceled my order and claimed they were closed. their sign says they are open until 1am. Complete waste of my time, gas and money. unacceptable and unprofessional. Won’t be going back

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Thought that since we would be picking up our pizzas and not relying on their delivery services, we could avoid a lot of the problems other reviews discussed. WRONG! The pizzas were not made correctly, overcooked, and very light on the toppings. I would complain to local management but why waste the time? I plan on going to Domino’s Corporate to voice my complaints. This franchise gives the company a bad name and loyal customers of this brand should be taken care of.

We are staying at a resort on Hilton Head Island. We decided one night to order from dominos. Our order took like 2 hours, then when I tried to call about the order we was left on hold for 45mins, finally a guy arrived with our order….food was cold….one pizza was smashed by the other, and on top of everything they didn’t cut the pizzas properly, they sent no marinara with cheese bread, no napkins nothing…. overall horrible experience …Do better dominoes in Hilton Head SC….I have never had such bad service from a Dominoes except this store

Wish I had read reviews before ordering it. We have been ordering domino’s from many years but this location is the worst. Order was on quality check for more than an hour. When I called they told its about to leave the store and will be there deliver in 15 mins. It’s now 2 hr ordering, no delivery and hungry people.
