Nothing but great pizza coming out of here!! Quick , accurate and awesome staff. There was one hiccup to that though I like everyone else it seemed In aiken ordered pizza new years eve. Put my order on the App around 6 didn’t get my pizza until 730ish. Now let me further explain. It was because there top oven was down and they only had 1 oven. Most people complained this one older guy a member of woodside showed his true colors complaining and hollering at the stuff. Cause it was taking to long and they told him one thing and they made a mistake about another. Typical mentality from entiled people who never worked a day in food service. So anyways let me tell you. id be mad to if the reason was the staff no caring and being lazy. But with just one oven working and orders piled up. I was truly impressed with these guys non stop busting their butt grit. I mean wow though all the insults and trash talk from broken equipment. They fought though and were on fire!!!! So here’s to you Domino’s staff you guys are awesome!!!!!! ( hopefully that guy stubs his little toe on a door frame later heheh)

Ordered a dimple pizza – ready in time was 22 min. (7: 21). I arrived at 7:22 and had to wait for a cashier. I got the pizza and the box was barely warm! Their response was the pizza was ready at 7:21 (it was niw 7:24). The cashier said it was “sitting around for 4mib! No way a pizza can go from hit out of the oven to warm in 4minutes! These are premade with toppings added as requested! Done with Dominoes.

If I could put a zero I 100% would,
I ordered online and the person delivering the food drove 30 minutes in the complete opposite way with notifying of another delivery,
I feel they should make a step in to delivery to delivering closer orders first.

Ugh they got me again…. Forgot this location sucks. Check your boxes people! Extra pepperoni? Sure we’ll just drop it on top of the pepperoni pizza that’s been sitting here for about hour, no problem, they’ll never notice.

I order from here quite frequently. However, this evening my order was incorrect. I called and asked to speak to the manager. He said yeah, when he answered the phone. I explained to him that I ordered the buffalo five mac n cheese, but only received regular mac and cheese. His reply was okay what you want me to do about it. He was very rude and unapologetic for the error in which was made. I would prefer to have the meal in which I had paid for.

Ordered a three topping, large pizza, and they gave us a two topping medium pizza. Told the manager and they MOVED IT from the Medium box to a Large box and then proceeded to ask would we like to leave a tip! Why would we tip you for doing your job and you got the order wrong. Will never go back there. Get better management Dominos.
