They got that fancy building right beside the liquor store yet can’t cook no pizza. They worse than Pizza Hut with dem frozen Tostinos pizzas. They got trash all in the parking lot and bathrooms. Over the past month I have tried on several occasions to use the app and order from this location. Every time at checkout it says can not process the order. So today after trying 5 different times, I called the number displayed on the app as directed. Big mistake. The guy had the biggest I DON’T CARE ATTITUDE . Said yeah, we have a lot of people complaining about that. If I owned a business that pushed the app as much as Domino’s does, I believe I would care. I was hoping that this location would not become like all the other fast food restaurants in Pageland, but it has.

I order pizza at 10:00 am to be picked up at 12:15 pm. I arrived at store at 12:15, the pizza looked like it was under lights from the time I called. A very dry pizza, it will be a while before I visit again.

I ordered my food through the internet and it said my pizza was ready for pick up. It took this employee 10min to find my order and not just that he was trying to give me the wrong order when I got there. He also was trying to charge me again after I had already paid. It was also dark outside and I took the salad home just to come home to the wrong salad that I had ordered through the internet. They also have Employees that don’t take their job serious. The manager seriously need to fire some people there.

I understand this location is new but this issue has happened on multiple occasions that I tried to give this location a chance. Don’t bother putting in delivery notes. The drivers will not read them anddoesn’t even know they are there. When you ask about the delivery notes and if they saw them you get “I wasn’t told anything and was just handed the pizza”. Here is the funny part. The delivery notes are on the receipt!!! When you call and complain the manager says oh we just follow GPS like it’s our issues… We put cross streets in the delivery notes for your drivers because GPS gets East and West wrong sometimes. That’s why they are there. The manager remade our pizza and started they would issues a refund. Guess what. They didn’t issues a refund. What happened to 30mins or less? It’s not my fault you can’t read delivery notes that has the cross streets to ensure it gets delivered correctly in a timely manner!
