Order was over 2 hrs. Pizza was cold and the box looked like it was run over by a car. Don’t waste your time. There are better local pizza restaurants and chain restaurants.

I put in an order for 16 wings and 4 pizzas days before the delivery window with the specific address and name of the business to deliver to…which was 4 minutes down the road. About 10 minutes after the delivery time I called, was put on hold then told they were just leaving. About a half hour later the driver pulled up, called me and didn’t know where to deliver the food.
The pizza was warm at best. The food was fine but nothing about this experience was good. The price was good but that was the only positive thing.

I would give this place a zero star if it was available. Tried to order online 4 times and it said to call the store. I called the store to place an order and gave them a card number for delivery. The guy said the machine was messed up twice and gave him the info. He said that he would just take the order and give it to us for free. Never got the order. Won’t ever be getting our business again… No wonder it has bad reviews.. if I would have known that, I wouldn’t have ever ordered from there in the first place.

Sam really saved us with his amazing customer service. Taco Bell messed up our group order and Sam helped us with a fast order and hooked us up with some coupons so that we were under budget. Thank you so much to the Domino’s team on Folly Rd.

This Domino’s is as good as the other Domino’s. We ordered the Brooklyn style crust as it’s thinner and we prefer thin crust. The crust turns out to be thin and crispy on the side. We got 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each. It’s only $9 per pizza. I’ve heard it might be cheaper if I order it online but I didn’t check it out as $9 per pizza is already dirt cheap.
They are very generous with the toppings. The balance between cheese and sauce is just right. We really trust the Domino’s brand. They always deliver good pizzas.

These people at James Island Domino’s are rude, incompetent, and ignorant. They delivered our pizza to the neighbor’s house and 30 minutes later, our neighbor kindly delivered it to us. Domino’s manager, Hilda, said they wouldn’t give us a credit because we had the cold pizza. We will be calling Pisanos or Ray’s Pizza from now on.

My delivery experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! My driver called to find out exactly where I was, didn’t introduce himself, was super rude and then hung up on me. When he delivered the pizza I watched him legit throw it on the ground so none of the toppings were on the pizza, threw my receipts all over outside and my drink bottle was so dirty and gross I actually had to wash it in the sink. Oh, and my pizza was cold. I called the store to express my concern and was laughed at and again hung up on. I’m not sure how this place stays in business with how disrespectful these employees are. I will never order or eat from there again. You’ve lost my business for life. I’d rather starve than deal with them again.

It’s always Domino’s that I have problems with. .. not Papa John’s, not Marcos… Always Domino’s. This is acceptable pizza? Pizza left store at 5:13pm… Didn’t deliver until 6:00pm. Pizza was sitting around for 45 minutes before delivering.

If there was a below zero I’d leave it. Went here for lunch. They weren’t paying attention and let my sub fall out of oven onto the floor. Thinking I didn’t see it still put in a box and gave it to me to eat. Then deleted the transaction but I automatically get emails when I pay for something. This place is dangerous and I’d most definitely stay away.
To follow up apparently this must happen often. There is no contact information for Southern Pies LLC online. I’ve attended everyday to get contact information for the owners. I’ve since been hung up on twice by “Store Managers”. I’m truly shocked how this is being handled. Troubled to think with this done with me watching how they treat food they deliver to people’s homes

Discovered a beetle cooked into my pizza, called 2 times to make sure my money was refunded and they confirmed it would be in my account in a few days, but a month later and still haven’t received a refund. Disgusting and disappointing.
