It was okay. All these years and I have never been to Domino’s. The parmesan stuffed crust was the best thing about this pizza. If you are looking for something quick and reasonably priced than this is the spot.

Charles was our delivery driver and even though it was busy and he had to go back to the store and get some missing items, he still did so with kindness and was so quick! I called to get a refund so he didn’t have to drive all the way back and even though now we won’t have to do that, the manager was so willing to do so!
I’ve had other locations just not show back up so I called for that worry but I really do want to shout out Charles for his integrity even with working on a busy holiday!

This was a great Domino’s experience! I submitted my order online, it was ready and waiting for me when I got there, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pizza was delicious! 5/5 for this trip!

I ordered just a Parmesan chicken sandwich with extra marinara and a Marvel cookie brownie. The sandwich was not cut in half like it normally is. And the cookie brownie box was right side up, but the brownie was flipped upside down to hide the fact that it was burnt. I called the manager, and he tried to make his excuses instead of just apologizing and offering to fix it. He took my name and number and said I will have a credit. I show up the next day and the manager, never even took my name or information down. I showed them the receipt and everything, and they informed me that they couldn’t know whether I was telling the truth. I am visiting this place as a soldier staying on base and I told them this showing that I have no need to lie. And they made me wait and until they general manager came. This is not how Customer should be treated nevertheless a veteran of the United States. Is a terrible store with terrible customer service I frequently eat at Domino’s and I have never been treated like this ever.

Made a delivery order for a set time. My order was very late so I called and was told that they had a driver out and would get to us as soon as possible, gave us a new estimated time. They were late again, I had to call multiple times to get updates. This occurred when I had to have someone returned to Army base by specific time and they were told to eat prior to coming back. I ordered with enough time to give room for being late, but they were beyond late. I understand being short staffed but they could have called to give me updates. Also, they didn’t bring part of our order. I regretted ordering and wish I had went with a different option.

Domino’s is one of the worst pizza I have ever had. My first experience was when I was in Wisconsin. But I decided to try again here in Columbia. I can’t remember the exact address but it’s near Assembly St near U.S.C.. It was really sad. I’m not surprised that they don’t have much business. They need to rethink everything they’re doing.

This used to be my go-to for delivery when I’m unable to get out due to illness or schedule but not anymore. I won’t even get into the whole story but if you want an expensive cold pizza that sat around for almost an hour this is your spot. They lost a long standing customer today and don’t even care.

My last experience at Domino’s on 12/3/21 pretty much ensured I’d never come back. Prior to that, I got Domino’s every single Friday for about three years.
My prior visit on 11/12/21 found me sitting in the lobby over 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup. Things happen, ok.
But on 12/3/21, my order for pickup was significantly delayed. The whole thing took 90 minutes (projected time was 45). The manager on duty obviously was in over her head. Ok, fine, things happen (as above).
When I finally got the pizzas, 90+ minutes after ordering and a considerable wait in the lobby, I found that BOTH of my XL pizzas were actually Larges. The manager girl tried to tell me “sometimes they shrink” but she then laid a Large pan over them both which confirmed that my pizzas were both Large. Check the attached photos, which show the 14″ pizzas I received (their Large is 14, XL is 16).
I asked her to just refund my money and keep the pizzas. She refused. I was too tired to argue. Fine.
So I write customer service. I request an email back through their form. I hear nothing from this location. I follow up a week later. I still hear nothing.
After having my time wasted, being ripped off, and getting NO response and NO resolution, I cannot recommend this clown show of a Domino’s. And since my last two visits demonstrated a lack of management, total ineptitude, and a pitiful lack of customer service, I had to write it off and find a new Friday night tradition.
