Still waiting on my food that was supposed to be here at the latest 1 hour ago…customer service put me on hold mid convo. If we food was cold I wouldn’t get a $75 refund but only a credit. Because I would want to order from there again. If food never shows up I will get a refund I promise, and at this point even cold food too.

I ALWAYS go to this Domino’s on Platt Springs but what is this?!?!?! $8 for a few pizza toppings in the box that are supposedly their bbq chicken bites (pic on left). When I questioned the guy he said that’s how it should be. I was too stunned to even think to refuse them. As for the pizza there is an entire slice with a small coating of cheese no sauce. I even ordered extra cheese. Toppings covered maybe half of half of the pizza. (2nd pic on left-zoom in). Now compare to the 2 pics on the right. That’s how it usually is. Feeling like the store should right this wrong. This last meal was a disgrace.

I ordered a large New York pizza with extra cheese. The order didn’t have extra extra pizza and a good portion of pizza wasn’t covered in cheese. A portion of the pizza was just baked dough. I would have been better off going to Marco’s pizza instead.

The pizza here is great but what I really appreciated was the personal touch. I got a call informing me that they were short a driver, that my pizza was going to be late and they sincerely apologized. That is great customer service and I received a coupon as well. I really appreciated this and my pizza was still excellent. Thank you!

Literally the best pizza I have ever had from Domino’s!! My husband and I needed a quick dinner and ordered online for pick-up. It was prompt and hot! The attendant, Sam, was extremely nice and thorough in making sure our order was great and IT WAS!! At first glance the pizza looked saucy and completely evenly covered in the toppings. We ordered the Philly Steak and Cheese hand-tossed and the ExtravaganZZa pizza in the New York Style. Once we got home we tasted each one and they were perfection! Thanks for making our pizzas great!

Marco and Britton did an incredible job navigating a tough situation. I ordered delivery for a large manufacturing facility close by there was some confusion, mostly because I wasn’t specific enough on where the driver should go. They went above and beyond to correct the order and make us feel like like valuable customers. Truly a 5 star effort on their part. Thank you.
