Given there are not many pizza places to choose from in the area. I have been waiting over an hour for my order. I called to check on my order and the associate Hannah or Anna, had a very nasty attitude as if I am wrong for checking on my order. She proceeds to tell me what they have and don’t have, which isn’t my problem, yet it’s understandable. A courtesy call could solve a lot of problems. Yet, she allowed her title to go to her head and talk to customers as if one is inferior to her. She should be more compassionate to customers giving they not in a position to not have orders come through. This isn’t my first time ordering from here, but it could be my last. I don’t spend my money to be disrespected. She better be glad my son wanted pizza, otherwise, I would have cancelled the whole entire order.

This place used to be good now it’s horrible. Takes well over an hour to get anything and then it’s messed up. Large pizza is tiny undercooked and smashed up. Dip looks gross. Highly do not recommend. Don’t order from here.

If I could give zero stars I would ! Called to find out where my order was the first time was hung up on the second time the girl was lost and had no idea how to handle the situation then called back when I was notified that it was canceled called back to speak to a supervisor but I wasn’t sure he really was a supervisor he said it was refunded and they were going to charge me again … however the money spent is now on hold for 24-48 hours so now don’t even have the money to repurchase … sick of this company always messing things up … rather eat papa John’s bc they value your business!

The app is very user friendly. I love the push notifications during the cooking process. I really appreciate the Estimated Delivery Time BEFORE I pay. I have had to call the store to cancel several orders at Papa John’s before because the delivery time they gave me AFTER taking my money was just ridiculously long and I didn’t want to wait that long for food.
