I ordered a thin crust spinach & feta pizza with chicken.
What I received… was this disaster!!
Why did they baptize my pizza in Alfredo sauce?? Who told them I wanted a soupy-goopy dairy swamp with chicken breast floating on top like survivors of the damn titanic? I asked for thin crust, not cardboard desperately trying to tread milk.
I picked up the first slice and EVERY SINGLE TOPPING just slid off like it was escaping the situation. Its giving thin crust chicken Alfredo soup, sponsored by my disappointment.
Spinach? Feta? I guess those were optional today.
Texture? Slippery.
Edibility? Negative.
This mess was so wet my phalanges needed floaties. Who assembles a pizza like this?? How dare you .
Even if there was NO spinach or feta, the amount of sauce alone should be illegal. Why would you drench a thin crust like this? Why would you do this to another human being?? I feel disrespected. I feel attacked. I feel like I need reparations.

It’s a meh experience compared to other dominos locations.
Delivery: driver rang the bell and set the pizza on our porch and left before we could even get to the door (second time that’s happened)
Food: we ordered three pizzas, two with extra sauce. All of our pizzas had barely any sauce and were all missing the garlic on the crust.

Pizza was really good and ready in a timely manner. Issue was with the way I was greeted when I walked in. Employee asked if I was there to order or pickup. I said, “Pickup”. She then proceeds to tell me that I can’t just “drop” orders like that on her and that next time I needed to pick a specific time to pickup not asap. (I was quick to reply that she wouldn’t need to worry about there being a next time ) Mind you there was only an automated system that answered the phone and took the order. It offered the option of food being ready asap or set a later time. It gladly took my credit card and said my order would be ready in such an such timeframe.
When I got there, I wasn’t rushing her and the pizzas were almost done when I walked in. I didn’t see any other pizzas in the oven behind mine. So I don’t think there was some huge backlog.. I must be confused.. I thought that’s how pizza works. I order.. you make??? I ordered 7 pizzas and some bread sticks.. not a super huge order, but not an order I knew I needed to make hours earlier and could have called and set a time either. I was getting pizza to feed family members and the workers that were building a wheelchair ramp for a family member that just went on hospice. Customer service is dead it seems and it’s too much bother to actually do the job you were hired to do anymore.

Just don’t do it. We’ve given them way too many “one more chances” because they are the only place that delivers to us. It’s not worth it. It is ALWAYS burnt. No matter what time of day or day of the week…it arrives burnt…or at best, really overdone. Sometimes it is both burnt AND undercooked- quite the feat! This includes both the pizza and side dishes. The toppings are also wrong about 50-60% of the time. If you complain, you’ll get a free pizza but it changes nothing. So do yourself a favor and check out Marcos or Pizza Hut or just fire up Door Dash and skip the pizza.

Never again. Pick up ordered for 7.15. App said it’s ready. They had my kid waiting at the counter for 45 minutes. Horrible service. Go to Marcos.

The manager is always rude whenever I go in and I can never get my food in a timely manner if she on the clock.

The quality has really dropped here over the 2 years. Dont get regular tossed pizza as that is like cardboard. Third time in a row now I have experienced that. Pan pizza not as bad but edges all burnt. They run their ovens way to hot. I ordered in store and watched for 30 mins my order( one pizza never made so had to wait the cycle twice). They tossed three pizzas in garbage just while I was there and turned down oven twice in 30 mins. Owners are out of Aiken and Augusta . They need to do random visits to this place more. I have already expressed my opinion to them and they sent me something to try again. I will wait a while before going back. Granted it was Friday dinner time but have had this on other nights earlier in week too.

I ordered with extra onions, extra mushrooms and extra cheese. It was delivery. Also ordered drinks. Got no extra anything including my drinks! I will never order domino’s again. I have ordered delivery so many times, give tips and sometimes it was wrong. I never like to give a bad review but enough is enough! People pay attention to what you do!
