I unfortunately won’t be returning to this location again. Every time there seems to be some sort of issue, either them making the food wrong or having issues delivering the food or both.
The last four times I’ve gone they put absolutely no sauce on my pizza. I’ve called them and told them, I put on the order extra sauce, I even put it in the delivery instructions “extra sauce please” and none at all. Last night they didn’t even put the butter or seasoning on the crust either. I ask and pay for extra sauce and cheese for a reason. I also work in food, it really isn’t that difficult.
Then the time before last it took three hours for them to deliver because the first driver showed up and said another driver grabbed my order by mistake.
It’s pizza, It’s not rocket science.

Ordered late night pizza. I was a few slices in when I realized the end looked a little strange. I still don’t know what this is. Any answers are appreciated since Dominos fails to provide customer service..

Very disappointed and am now longer a Domino’s customer. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a large Spinach feta both should have been hand tossed the pizza was COLD and the crust was THIN. I notified them and sent images. I spent approximately 47.00 dollars and wasn’t satisfied. They didn’t attempt to rectify nothing not even a coupon on your next visit nothing except sending me an image on a thin crust pizza dough. I don’t care about that. My dinner was spoiled and more importantly the pizza was the worst ever. I didn’t even bother trying the bread which I redeemed from being such a faithful customer at the Patton Avenue location. I’m to blame I ordered from this location definitely by mistake I always order from the Patton Avenue location who does an excellent job. With that being said you got 47 dollars for free won’t happen again.

I cannot believe how perfect this pizza is…I pretty much never leave reviews anywhere, but I was so stunned at the actual perfection of the topping distribution, the bake, AND the timeliness that I had to this time. It was also ready exactly at the time I timed it for (1915). It’s alsooo Saturday + apparently one of the last days of the $9.99 any large deal and they had tons of pizzas ready and in the works, so clearly that indicates they’re busy. I am so sad I didn’t notice that it didn’t automatically add a tip to my order, because I placed it while busy at work down the road at the VA.

I’d no time to make dinner for 5, so a quick stop at Dom’s it was!! It was an excellent choice even tho they were slammed tonite. I believe I saw, no less than, 6 workers, in store & 6 separate drivers, running around w/arms full of pizzas steadily heading out. We still rec’d our food w/in 20min! Everything tasted just so “oven hot” & yummy. Thanx for covering for me tonight!

When I pick up my order I never have a problem! Store Manager is friendly and nice! I work for Mr. Tire and sometimes when I feed my techs I have it delivered we always tip the driver… this one apparently can’t count! He left me a bad review on my site!!! Maybe he needs to learn to count and not speak his mind when leaving my shop! I heard every word he said! Don’t think we will be using them till they get rid of this driver!!!

I have never been so disappointed with delivery in my life. I placed my order with a 40 minute ETA for my delivery. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes just to have room temperature pizza. It’s not like it was a large order. Only a medium pizza and some cinnamon bites. I won’t be placing another order with this Domino’s location ever again. Order#510

1st time ordering they forgot the soda and said the whole store was out of all soda….right….then I notice the lava cakes were smashed and the cheesy bread pic should speak for itself. Got an email almost immediately saying sorry your order wasn’t as expected ( probably due to the almost 2 hour way for delivery) and gave me 60 reward points. Today, I ordered pizza, lava cakes, soda again (with almost 2 hours from.order to delivery) Upon arrival, the pizza looked shaken or dropped, possibly missing a piece (pics attached and I tried to piece it together but weirded out still). And the cakes again smashed. I got another email for points but this does not compensate for the delivery fees and tips just to get this mess. Don’t try to call for a refund you will only be answered on mute and hung up on multiple times. They did eventually answer in a panic and agreed to refund me but strange that I was hung up on 4 times and my husband who was also calling simultaneously was never even was answered. I’ll never waste my time and money again here.

Second time it took over an hour for delivery 10 mins away. App said it was delivered and hadn’t even left the store yet. Don’t pick up the phone. Get 70% of the order correct. They don’t care either. “Sorry”… cool. Theeenx!

Every time we order there seems to be some issue. We live 5 min away and delivery always takes at least 1.5 hours. Carry out orders have consistently been incorrect. Today was the icing on the cake though…we found a ROACH on our pizza!! And when we called to try to tell them we waited on hold for 24 minutes!! This doesn’t surprise me as when I was waiting (20 minutes past my estimated pick up time) in store, the phones were ringing off the hook while an employee stood right in front of them doing nothing but looking scared and clueless. I’m deeply disturbed, as I had already eaten a slice on my way home as I was starving after a 12 hour shift at an animal clinic. We will never order from this location again, and even then I’ll only order from dominos again just to use up my points. Absolutely shameful.
