I called in an order for the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and had to explain to the person taking my order what I was ordering . Then once he claimed to know what I wanted he put my order in. When I picked it up and got back home with it, I had regular cheesy bread instead of what I ordered. Not happy at all!!!

I understand that places are short staffed and still feeling the backlash of Covid and layoffs, but this branch got their last dime from me. Ordered a simple single pizza and chose delivery because I was busy and couldn’t leave the house at that time. Ordered at exactly 12:00 when I hit the submit button. 3:11 I’m still waiting with no indication of how much longer it will be. “Driver is in your neighborhood” for 2 hours at that point. I’ve given the benefit of doubt to them before on 3 separate occasions for the same issue, but this is just plain sad. If you can’t deliver, at least call and let someone know so theyre not waiting for a paid meal that won’t ever come. Had them come before in different shapes from cold to swimming in sauce like a soupy mess(picture). It’s ridiculous. I held out hope for them because of the location and the fact that they’re doing their best for whoever is actually showing up to work, but I’m fed up with the incoordination. They let me down more than once, but this was the last straw.

Went to try the new stuffed crust pizza, and I had enough points saved up to where the pizza would be free minus paying the up charge for the crust, and an extra topping. Waited in a queue, and paid. I was promptly called back, and informed that they in fact didn’t have the crust that I went there specifically for. I didn’t cancel the order, because I can’t get the points back, but it’s frustrating because all I did was pay for a regular pizza, which would have been otherwise free.

For weeks now every time I’ve tried to place an order on the app it wouldn’t go through. Then when ypu call in on the phone line they won’t honor the same deal. Ive not ordered from domino’s 3 times now due to these issues. And I won’t until they are fixed. This is the best way I onow to make them aware of the problem

This is the best Dominos location! Every single time I order food from here, it’s always exactly what I wanted. Food is always hot and delicious! The delivery drivers do an amazing job getting the food delivered as quick as possible. I have no complaints at all. A++++++

I’ve ordered to this location numerous times, the first time my brownie was hard as hell. Food just trash in general. This last time they canceled my whole order and refunded it back and then expected me to place another order and wait even longer. They literally cooked our whole order and we waited 30+ minutes to get the food and have it delivered just to not receive it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
