I recently made an order online ahead and accidentally put in the wrong date. I didn’t realize this until they called with my order ready to go and I had not shown up. The manager was gracious to refund me for pizzas they already made and to resubmit my order for the correct date- even though the mistake was completely mine. I ordered two pizzas on 3/4/22 for pickup on 3/5/22 at 5 pm. I received an email confirming my order shortly after placing the order (#22). On 3/5/22, I never received any of the text messages I was told would be sent as my pizzas were prepared, baking, etc. When I called inquiring about my order, after a lengthy wait I was told that there wasn’t an order for me. When questioned further, I was told the pizzas under my name were ready for pickup at 12 am? The confirming email I received had the correct time and date.

Never have I ever had this much of a great experience with a dominos. The food is always really good of course but my usual delivery driver (Jim) is PHENOMENAL!!! Always on time or early never late. So so nice, recommended hot sauce with the Alfredo pasta bowl (never going back), he carries little mini gummy pizzas for my son whenever he delivers to us.

This dominos is always fantastic. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad pizza from here. Especially in the past year or so they have stepped up the game. The drivers? Always nice. Anytime I put special instructions to not ring my doorbell as it will drive my dogs nuts, the doorbell is never rung and often times they leave treats!!!! This is the best dominios I’ve ever ordered from.

Order here regularly, both carry out and delivery. Domino’s has upped their game in recent years, and I prefer it over some other chains. Pizzas have always been right… even when I order some crazy pies (gluten free, no cheese, random toppings, half toppings, etc). I use the app to order, so can’t comment on call in or in person orders. Staff is always polite. I do prefer carry out so I can get it right out of the oven and have it home in a few minutes. The pizza seems to sit a bit sometimes before/while being delivered.

I don’t care for their pizza, but to each his own. The spinach and feta pizza bread is what I buy, and it’s usually discounted. The people who work here are nice, and when you arrive there will be 4-6 hard at work. Unfortunately, they are always busy, and there could be an unexpected wait.
