I hate ordering from this location. The only reason I do is because I don’t like driving way cross town just to get dominos. Everytime I order I always get extra sauce… I want extra, I pay for extra. And every time, I never get extra. I always have to either let it be and eat it as is or say something to this SAME MAN EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Last time I left a review and he ain wanna fix it but instead argued me down saying that is extra. This time, he goes “I don’t see that, but I’ll remake it this time” like MAYBE YOU DONT SEE IT BECAUSE YOU MADE IT WITHOUT THE EXTRA SAUCE?! and kept saying it. Fortunately for him I didn’t have the energy to argue or say what I wanted to say. But it’s so annoying having bring food back alone but also having to argue people down about an order you PAID FOR??????!!!! He remade it but only put extra sauce on the alfredo pizza…. The original sauce one? No extra sauce. I HATEEEEEEEEE THIS LOCATION! Now let’s play trivia…Looking at the picture which one looks like it has extra sauce?

My daughter loves Dominos so I order from here almost weekly, but that is going to have to change. Unfortunately, almost every order is messed up in one way or another. Uncut, burnt, overcooked cheese bread, undercooked wings, missing toppings, etc… The food that is made accurately it’s good, but there are too many issues. On top of the food issues, 8 times out of 10 I have to go in and wait to pick up my curbside delivery order (and no I don’t usually get my free pizza). The staff is nice but they often seem understaffed and overworked. The manager/company should really reevaluate the needs of this location for a better customer and employee experience.

Literally every time I’ve ordered from this location it’s been hot, fresh, and delicious. Sometimes they get busy and you have to wait a minute, but the food is always a 10/10. You’d be a dumbass not to trust them with your dinner plans. Keep up the good work y’all.

September 30th 2025: ordered a pizza and wings at 6:50pm. Order did not arrive (cold and half way cooked) until around 9pm. Called the store , received information on how to order my comp. reorder with the store, thanked them for understanding this was unacceptable and hung up. Received the “sorry it didn’t do good” email. Cool.

October 15 2025. Ordered my comp. reorder online , add “cash on delivery” as directed (the exact order). Called to the store to confirm. Needless to say , after 30 min phone call… my order was cancelled and the meal was not comped at all. If my original total on both instances is $27 with taxes and fees, asking me to pay $19 discount is absurd.

Pro: whoever hired CJ found a diamond. He handled this call with exemplary customer service. The new employee had no idea what was going on but walked me through all the information the manager on duty was relaying to him – he or she didn’t get on the phone at all in the 30 minutes figuring out THEIR ERROR. Odd since this is a manager escalation I’d think. However , CJ did an outstanding job although his hands were tied.

I won’t be ordering from here again but somebody should reward CJ and figure out why management wouldn’t intervene in a situation like this. I want to note I ONLY GAVE 2 stars because of CJ. Nothing more. Another night gone wrong with this Domino’s.

I had delivered from here multiple times and the last few times my orders have been extremely late and or my food has been overcooked. I try and give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is an ongoing issue with this dominos location and they need to first fix their internal management because when someone calls to inquire about their food they shouldn’t be greeted with a rude condescending tone as if you the customer are a bother to them. I’ve been more than nice but today was kind of a breaking moment for me, and trust me I get a lot of us are overworked and underpaid but don’t take it out on the people who are only trying to find their families.

Ordered pizza for delivery and used “emergency pizza” reward for a portion of the order. I ordered delivery for the week prior to the same address and it was delivered no problem. 10 minutes after I ordered online, the store called me and told me the delivery address was outside of their radius and cancelled the order, then refunded it. After hanging up, I saw that the previous delivery order from the week prior was from the same store. Then I noticed that my free pizza reward was gone since I used it for the order the store cancelled. I called the store back and spoke with the manger who was less than helpful. She said the delivery driver called me to cancel the order because it was outside of their radius. I explained that it makes no sense because they delivered to us the week prior. She said because the week prior it was Friday and they didn’t notice the order? But because today was Thursday they noticed it and cancelled? Again, makes zero sense. She then tried to place the blame on me that I should use my address to find the closest store when ordering and I explained that the dominos app chose the store, not me. I then told her that my free pizza coupon is gone because they cancelled it and she said it might appear in the app in “a day or two.” And I asked if I can place a carry out order over the phone and they can still give me the free pizza promotion since they cancelled. She rudely replied, “but then you’ll get two free pizzas when the reward goes back on your phone.” I’m sorry what!!? I told her we deserve that then for the inconvenience and she muted the phone for 30 seconds and didn’t say anything because I would assume she was gossiping about the conversation to coworkers. Then she got back on the phone, said she’d honor the free pizza, rushed through taking my order, and when I said “thank you,” she didn’t say anything and hung up.

On top of ALL of that, they didn’t even get the order right. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak speciality pizza and got a pizza with tomato sauce and steak, drenched in oil. The cheesey-bread wasn’t cooked all the way and I strongly feel they did this on purpose and out of spite. Very negative experience and will never be returning.

Updated review as of 12/12/24: I emailed the owner as instructed in their review response nearly two weeks ago and no response. Starting to believe the responses are fake just to appear that they care!

I recently visited your location on 10/31 @8:30pm to pick up an order of 12 large pizzas. The app showed that the order would be ready by 8:35 p.m. However, when I arrived, I spoke with the manager on duty, who was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for an updated estimate on when the pizzas would be ready, he responded in a condescending tone, saying only that it would be “a long time” and implying that we were unreasonable for placing a large order.
His attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. It was also concerning to see that other employees seemed hesitant to speak up or ask questions around him, which reflects poorly on his leadership.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I truly value your business and have always had good experiences in the past. However, this encounter was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect.

Where should I start… I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location I’ve ordered from this place multiple times already MULTIPLE very many, since it’s been (2024). I do take out a lot because I’m constantly working, due to the coupons they have makes it somewhat cheap to purchase… every order hasn’t been complete quality at all I am very religious and allergic to pork and as a ex ~ former employee of dominos I know how things works, and how they SHOULD BE RAN they cross contaminated about every single time I order I can’t have any pork substance on my food! you can easily wash ur hand and put gloves on and ensure to only put cheese on a pizza… no half of the time it’s small bacon bits or sum other food item on one or half of my pizza slices..THAT I didn’t ask for..and I do try to ENSURE THEM TO BE AWARE OF or when they slice my pizza with the same blade they use to slice pepperoni pizza with aswell IM DONE! It makes no sense they never & rarely pick up the phone you have to always go in person to get it situated out. And the picture I’m about to insert is when we realized about half way eating there was once again bacon (that we didn’t ask for) on our pizza thank god neither of us had an reaction .

We tried the newest addition to the Domino’s food lineup, their Stuffed Crust Pizza. It was ok. It seemed to me, a little under cooked and doughy. I did want to acknowledge the Curbside Service. I did notify them that I had arrived, and shorty thereafter, the pizza was brought to my car. Overall, the trip was ok.

i only ever have issues at this location, seriously. i thought this place had lost my business for good a couple months ago after my orders kept being cancelled with no explanation. when i called to ask why, someone with an attitude said “we don’t deliver to you” and hung up… despite me living 2 miles away and having gotten delivery before. called back and apparently the manager doesn’t allow delivery at night sometimes (i ordered at 9). today i decided to go back for curbside pick up. a while went by after my order was completed and no one came out, so we went inside and they tried to convince us that we didn’t have an order. after going back and forth for a couple minutes they finally gave me my order with my name on it. got home and opened the box to find a burnt, cold pizza. this isn’t a diss to those workers today, only 2 people were working and it was busy— but do yourself a favor and go to the sunset location instead. the owners should step in and do something because this place is clearly understaffed and ran poorly
