Loved the vibe here and the pizza was phenomenal. You wouldn’t even think it’s a pizza spot when you walk in, but the pies are great. Super fresh ingredients and that perfect crispy, charred crust. They had over 30 beers on tap. The whole place was also decorated really cute for Christmas. Definitely coming back.

We came here on whim since it had always looked interesting and I’m incredibly glad we did! The pizza was fantastic. If you do come here, that is a must have. I had a Kenilworth Beef which was spicier than expected but delicious none the less. The craft beer selection was extensive but incredible. You’ll certainly have selections here that you’ve never had before. This was a great place to hang out, have some food, a few drinks, and watch a football game. Although there is no kids menu, kids are certainly welcome and thanks to the noise level, no concern whatsoever about bringing children. Our server, Julian was friendly and outgoing and make come solid recommendations regarding food and drinks. We’re incredibly glad we came here and would certainly come again!

Ava’s is a rare gem. Many places have either delicious food or tantalizing libations. You will find both and much more at this time tested gastronomic extravaganza. Whether it’s your first visit or your 50th you are treated like family. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home and the food is beyond comparison. The menu is updated regularly, and only the finest ingredients are used to prepare endless taste bud orgasms. It’s also spotless clean and they even use cloth napkins. I guarantee that you will become addicted to Ava’s. Treat yourself and your family today. God Bless Blue & Gold! God Bless America! Remember Everyone Deployed Everyday!

Got to love this place! Got that old school rustic feel. Pricey but the food and drinks here are awesome. Erin was our server and she was wonderful. Took time to chat with us and point out things on the menus. We had some good laughs and will be back again

I had an incredible experience at Ava’s Kitchen! From start to finish, everything was top notch. Manager Rick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and bartender Wilson truly made the night with his specialty drinks.. creative, delicious, and beautifully crafted. The energy at the bar was amazing thanks to him.

And a huge shoutout to the chefs in the kitchen.. the food was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish came out perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.

Between the excellent service, fantastic drinks, and outstanding food, Ava’s Kitchen exceeded all expectations. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Great little spot in Kenilworth. A fantastic Craft Beer selection from local to national. Well done. Pizza is delicious. Thin, crispy crust but not a cracker crust. Meatballs were slightly dry. Sauce was very good.

I rarely feel the need to leave a review, good or bad, but felt obligated to leave one here.

First off, the pizza was very good and a “good looking” pie, as I expected. Rest of the food was good, not great. Service was okay. Place is a cool chill spot, feels both like a dive bar and a nice brewery mixed into a restaurant.

Now I dine out a ton (too much), and I’ve never ever been told that a “substitution” includes asking for no cheese on a burger (I don’t eat most cheese) or asking for sauce on the side. You read that right, you can’t ask for an item to be left off. This is not a substitution, its an omission (due to dietary reasons). You cannot ask for the unknown tasting sauce on the side. Or extra on the side. It takes “no substitutions” to an insane extreme, I actually thought the waiter was messing with me at first. I’ve been to plenty of Michelin star restaurants that weren’t remotely that strict. Now that I’ve read the reviews, I’ve seen other people say similar things but this honestly just put a damper on the whole place before we even got any food.

Nice local bar/restaurant that makes exceptionally good pizza. Tried the red and mushroom pies. Both excellent. Highly recommend the mushroom.

The food is really good, specifically the pizza and wings were great. However pricing is very high, 6 wings for $19 and two pizzas with a drink is $90 and then 20% tip you’re well over $100 bill.

Also they don’t allow any substitutions, modifications, or à la cartes. If you want to add mushrooms to your pizza, that’s a no, if you want a burger cooked medium rare, that’s a no, if you want a side a fries or a sauce, that’s a no. They are incredibly inflexible. If you have food allergies choose a different restaurant as they won’t accommodate you.

To be fair, the food was good and the service was spot on. The drinks seem to have way more ice than you would think. I got a draft beer and it was in a 12 oz cup not a 16 oz cup. It was definitely overpriced but I guess you’re paying for the atmosphere and the man buns LOL my girlfriend got some fruity drink which tasted amazing but after about 3 or 4 polls on the straw it was gone. I got a Belgian ale and while tasty, there wasn’t enough of it for the price. We’ve been trying to go there for a while and now that we have I will Mark that off the list. The experience was okay but for the price point, two pizzas and three drinks was $100, I don’t think we will be back
