I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. The pickup time is almost always much longer than what is quoted. This has happened multiple times now, and it’s becoming very frustrating that I need to write this review. If you’re told your order will be ready 25 mins in app, you expect it to be ready — not 45 minutes later. For 2 large pizzas, it took them almost over 1 hour and 15 mins.
This time was especially upsetting. After waiting far beyond the promised time and repeatedly asking how much longer it would take, the guys keeps saying they are working on my order. To make matters worse, when I finally received the pizzas, the quality was noticeably poor — they looked rushed and were not up to standard.
Consistent delays and declining quality are unacceptable. Customers value their time and expect basic service standards to be met. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both efficiency and quality.

I just picked up an order my husband placed over the mobile app. I arrived at the store when it said my food was ready and stood there for 5 minutes before the lady got off her personal phone and got my second pizza out of the oven. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AFTER USING HER PERSONAL PHONE AND TOUCH AND CUT MY PIZZA! I was never treated when I arrived. Lady looks like she hates everything and not once smiled at me or said have a good day or anything! I didn’t even ask them to remake my order. I will request a refund through the app since I plan on throwing this food away now for her not washing her hands!

I came in at 12:27, and you provided me with this. You have 30+ minutes left on the clock, and I ordered even before that, it’s not like I came in last second to get a pizza. I tipped 20% I had to wait for my order when I arrived and you were still rude enough to mess up the cut on my pizza THIS BADLY. Genuinely why? I don’t understand what I did wrong to deserve this. I was polite, tipped week and came in 30+ minutes before close. I’m just frustrated and I’ve never had an experience like this at dominos.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would!Everyone at this location was not only incredibly rude, but incredibly unprofessional. Not one person acknowledged me when I came in to pick up my order and the food was not well made and the wings looked like absolute crap! I normally tip and I did the last time I came in but not this time. I have worked in the service industry before and I understand how difficult it can be but really?? I am always willing to tip but not for someone to be rude to me. Oh and not to mention no one was wearing gloves while handling the food.

Unfortunately, food was room temperature by the time it got to my house 45 minutes after it was made. As you can see from the picture, my hot wings…well we’re basically not hot wings. I put a complaint in on the app and I received a free pizza however seems like I should have been able to get a brand new reorder of the items I purchase. This location has been very good in the past however several of my orders haven’t been correct as of late.

Spent 70 dollars to have dinner delivered for my grandkids. Wouldn’t have minded the exceedingly long (2 hours) wait time if everything had arrived fine. 5 of our 8 items were burnt and/or incorrect. Called the manager who assured me “everything is cooked on the same 7 minute conveyor belt” so clearly I didn’t know what I was looking at or I was lying. One of our pizza’s didn’t even have cheese on it. After a long and ultimately annoying conversation I was offered a “20 dollar credit towards a future order”. How thoughtful Now it’s bedtime and everyone is still annoyed and hungry because apparently “quality check” means stuffed in a box without a second thought if anything was actually done right. Real great work dominos.

There was a bigger lady when I walked in the door. She was just having a nasty attitude with all the other employees so I just walked out, and I did not want my food at that point we called back spoke to a manager he answered The phone rudely right off the bat not thank you for choosing Domino’s. How may I help you know it was just Domino’s!!! very unprofessional would not recommend this Domino’s
