5pm Saturday, we were excited to order our favorite, the barbecue chicken specialty pizza, was disappointed seeing how burnt the pizza was, almost each slice had parts that was like eating a burnt cracker, I regret not taking it back. See picture if you don’t believe me. But the kids where hungry and tired so we ate it anyway. Not sure why this Quality was allowed to be sent out. I guess this proof.. don’t trust the quality and always check your pizza before leaving!! Other times pizzas here been great. Not sure what or who has changed….

I have never been disappointed when ordering from Domino’s in Rockwell. It doesn’t matter if I do delivery or pickup, the pizza is always made correctly, the employees are nice. Not many places that you can go to nowadays and get good service, and the correct food. Keep doing what ur doing!

We quit going there for a few years. But this year we gave it another shot and I am glad that we did. The stuffed cheesy bread is amazing and the pizza sauce has definitely improved. The order is right every time and the drivers are fast and friendly!!

I don’t normally leave reviews and try to be as understanding as I can, but we placed an order with this dominoes, we did not get an update for almost an hour, when calling to get an update we were told “it would be a hot minute” and that they weren’t taking any more orders, we wanted to cancel the order and without any confirmation on the order the employee hung up, we called back and spoke to another employee who said the order was canceled but the first employee did not inform us, just hung the phone up. Times are hard but that doesn’t exempt anyone from having decent customer service.
