Tried it 8 years ago when I moved here and everything was horrible. Decided to call and get delivery and it’s changed completely. The person who took my order was pleasant and patient even though I had to call back because online specials aren’t the same as call in. She confirmed my order, phone number, and address. She said approximately 45 minutes. 25 minutes later the delivery driver called to let me know she was here. The food was all hot and the order correct. It’s not my favorite pizza but it will now be our be our first choice for delivery pizza. Thank you to the night staff that worked Tuesday November 11 2025 for a great experience. Most businesses used to want to earn your business and Domino’s needs to recognize when valuable employees earn customers business.

5pm Saturday, we were excited to order our favorite, the barbecue chicken specialty pizza, was disappointed seeing how burnt the pizza was, almost each slice had parts that was like eating a burnt cracker, I regret not taking it back. See picture if you don’t believe me. But the kids where hungry and tired so we ate it anyway. Not sure why this Quality was allowed to be sent out. I guess this proof.. don’t trust the quality and always check your pizza before leaving!! Other times pizzas here been great. Not sure what or who has changed….

They put the wrong card number in when I have them my card. The card they put in came back as stolen. I called my bank and they said nothing was wrong with my card. Tried to give them the card number again but they wouldn’t try to re-enter it. Now when I call, they want me to pay cash and say they can’t fix the problem. It was they’re fault because they entered the card wrong and refuse it fix the problem. I order a lot if pizza but won’t be ordering it from Domino’s in Rockwell.

My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza cheese pizza and Philly cheesesteak pizza. Once he got home I noticed they were over cooked and burnt. My kids was already hungry and trying to eat it. All dominos did when we called was keep giving the phone to someone else and wasnt sure what to do.

The website doesn’t work so I had to call and place the order. The manager couldn’t hear me and asked me to speak up but when I did she told me I was being Rude and refused to take my order. I called her again and tried to explain but she still said I was being rude and refused to take my order still. I didn’t know someone could refuse service for something so little like that. It really bothered me. You guys lost business because I just ended up getting them from pizza hut

Ordered pizza, went to pick it up, was told all orders were not being worked on due to a large order. Got a call 3 hours later telling me my order was canceled. Who stops work on all orders for one large order. Whoever the manager is they need to be fired. I recommend Marcos, never a canceled or late order and their crust doesn’t taste cardboard either. Only go there because my son likes it. Nasty food and poor customer servicr.

Outstanding, Magnifico, Par Excelente! Domino’s Pizza rocks – I am consistently pleased with the quality of pizzas I receive at Domino’s Pizza in Rockwell, NC. and consider their pizzas to be premium-pizzas in every way (except cost). Ingredients are always fresh and crunchy, toppings are applied all the way to the edge and their flavor is to die for! Last night I received a pizza that exemplifies my statements (I even included a picture). Also, their staff is always friendly and pleasant. Robbie, one of their main pizza “constructors” who really knows pizzas, ensures the staff is up to his standards! I highly recommend Domino’s Pizza in Rockwell, NC for anyone wanting a wonderful pizza experience! (note: The picture below highlights one of their 14″ ExtravaganZZa Pizzas.)

Ordered delivery tracker said it was delivered but it was not at my door. I called the restaurant and the lady I talked to called the delivery driver who said he delivered it to my neighbor I went and looked but it wasn’t at any of my neighbors’ houses.
