I have ordered here several times, hoping they get better – unfortunately it’s gotten worse. This is the slowest Dominos I’ve ever experienced – I waited over an hour to find out from the manager that our order wasn’t even started an hour after we ordered, with the only explanation: “well, Friday is our busy night”. THEN prepare for it! If you’ve got a few hours to waste, then this is the place for you.

Terrible service overall. I placed an order yesterday for delivery at 5:30 pm and at 7:30 pm it still wasn’t made. I went to the store to see what was going on and the manager stated that it was Halloween and that this should be expected and accepted by me. I don’t believe that should be the case as these holidays are well known in advance and the establishments should be prepared. There was no apology but definitely a bad attitude for a mgr to have. I will take my business elsewhere next time. My advice is that corporate should take a second look at how this establishment is run and employees trained. Furthermore, there is no excuse no to be prepared again since this is a known holiday. Now I can expect some delays but definitely not two hours and my order still not started.

Call for a pick up order and the person on the phone told me what the special were today after I showed up the price was double the amount. The manager said I got told the wrong thing by a trainee. A trainee that without supervisor smh. You would think that they would have honor the price that they told the customer but nope!!

We order here once per week. Never any problems. Ordered today app said 35 minutes. I waited 1.25 hours until I called to check on it. The person that answered the phone said they received a 300 pizza order and my order would be at least another 45 minutes. Super happy for the store. Here’s my issue. If the app time frame would have been correct or at least a phone call saying they are experiencing huge delays we could have made other dinner plans. Really disappointed with their communication! Do better!!!!

The food is always good but we have ordered from here 5-6 times now and every time they take nearly twice as long, or longer, than the app or tracker says it will take. Literally it will tell you 15 min and they won’t have it ready for 45 min. We are going to have to find somewhere else to go as we’ve been lenient but this is just getting old.

I don’t usually post about bad experiences, but today pushed me over the edge. I was in a tough spot — no car because my wife had ours and the other is in the shop. So I figured I’d order some pizza for my boys. All I had was a $100 bill, but I ordered enough to leave a solid tip and assumed — reasonably — that the driver would have enough change.
Nope. He shows up, can’t break the bill, and instead of even trying to figure it out, he just stares at me like I’m the problem. Then I call the store, expecting some kind of solution, and the manager basically shrugs it off. No help. No options.
What makes it worse? I’ve been a loyal customer for years — I order from them regularly for my kids. But after today, I’m done. I’ll be going to Pizza Hut from now on.

Welll we always like Dominoes for a change no matter where we are at ! So I will say after driving 14 hours with 2 children and our dog , getting into hotel this evening, and wanting to order Dominoes , it turned into the “ The Greatest show on earth” ! Wow , seriously .. First the call center , I can’t understand her, and she clearly could not understand me! So our food went to another hotel, When I called the branch, that was a joke as well because they don’t deliver this far and apparently their driver was out several times to the wrong hotel, They give me another number to call that’s supposed to deliver to this hotel! “ Confusing, right??” After about the third dominoes and I think I called the first one twice, And wanting my money refund it, which I literally had to ask for even though I never got the food” This Domino’s actually saved us tonight.. It was late and close to closing. She still had an upbeat personality.! And with nothing else open in the area and we are not from here and have two grandchildren that we’re hungry! The pizza is here and hot ! Thank you so much!!!! You saved us tonight!
