Honestly, the store deserves a “0” for the level of service that I received the other day. I called and gave special instructions that were not followed at all. I called back and the GM Katie indicated that I couldn’t get a refund or a remake of order. She said they were very behind by 200 orders (which is impossible), and couldn’t make a pizza well done with extra pizza sauce. If this was the case they need to revamp their whole operation strategy and get more workers. I would’ve went to another chain that could meet my simple request if I knew that ahead of time.This was poor customer service to the highest degree and they didn’t even try to fix the situation. I’m glad that I was just visiting and the stores in my area don’t follow by this store’s horrible logic. If you spend your money on something, you expect for it to be correct. Never will I go back to this location, when I’m visiting or recommend them to any of my family or colleagues. Hopefully, the franchise owner will read this and realize that they have poor management in place and needs a new business philosophy.

I want to share my unforgettable impressions of Domino’s pizzeria. Yesterday, December 17, I placed an online order for pizza with delivery on December 18 at 11:00 am at Pre-K where the children celebrated Christmas. The online order was processed, confirmed and fully paid for with delivery. But no one delivered the pizza, when I asked why the order was not delivered, they told me that the order was canceled. Why didn’t anyone inform me that the order was canceled? The children did not receive the pizza. The Christmas celebration was spoiled. The children were upset. Thank you Domino’s pizza, the children’s holiday was ruined!

So, its the day before snowmageddon, 2026. Dominos was deliverying my pizza, and made an unfortunate mistake. They dropped my order with someone else in my neighborhood. It happens. After speaning with the manager, they resent my pizza and it qas fantastic. Thanks for the no hassle.

Been going to this location a long time. Ive never had any issue besides of some drivers mistakes my neighborhood for a different one in a different location due to the same names but thats not there fault its the GPS . But I always order from this location and always loved it

Very disappointed and highly upset that I even chose this location. So I went to pick up a carry out order which is now an option late nights. As I approach the building the open light were off so immediately I checked to ensure I had the correct location and indeed I did. I go back and check the app and it says my pizza is ready so I walk to the door because curbside wasn’t an option. As I am standing at the door a guy walks half to the door and turn around. The sign on the door reads the inside close at 10pm but please call. So I’m searching for the number since it’s not on their homemade sign which is taking a minute. While doing so I hear the girl in the inside say it says call. Well duh I’m not going to walk back to the car to make the call and to turn around just to walk back. That makes no sense. Another guy finally comes to the door and ask for my name as they are calling it out and I say that’s it. He go grab the pizza and as I’m speaking to him about the other two rude individuals and asked for their name which he refused to give he’s smirking. I told him that was rude and that I will be leaving a review. I failed to inform him that I will be calling corporate. That is completely unacceptable. If you are going to be polite when working with the public stay home.

Neil called to confirm the order with not beimg happy to be at work customer service can be better on the phone. But the delivery was better. The same woman who he gave the phone too after being highly unprofessional is who gave me a reason to still place my order. Brandy Peel is the best thing for that location….. Honestly the best location in Greenville please keep it up, the only problem I had was a couple random toppings (piece of bacon, piece of pineapple) careful for people with allergies, or vegetarians. Otherwise no complaints.
Edit: Shout out to Nicholas and Giovanni, if they’re making your pizza, it will be good! They make it fast too!

i just left this place and i order a philly cheese steak with pepperoni and cheese pizza my food was cold and they gave me a burnt cheesesteak i called and they said they couldn’t do anything abt it because it was a online order but i did a store pickup. so crazy the way this philly cheese steak look.
